FIRST TIME EVER!!!

Never happened to me before. The day after receiving these shoes, I went online to Amazon and ordered 2 more pairs! They were exactly what I wanted. The size was perfect. They're the lightest shoes I've ever owned and I'm 82 years old. Yet the soles are substantial and feel great when I'm walking. The fabric of the shoe itself has a small amount of built-in elasticity. This makes them easy to put on and take off, which is a real benefit for me. I needed more support than normal Velcro-closure slippers and that's why I opted for laced ones. Everything I would have expected from an Isotoner product. May buy even more.

barefoot workouts

I use these in the gym. "Barefoot" training is recommended for strong feet and stability. These have thinnish and flexible soles with plenty of toe room. For squats, OHP's, deadlifts, power cleans, etc., just what the doc ordered. They tend to slip off at the heel during toe raises but nothing's perfect. I wouldn't use them for running. They work great as house slippers as well and would probably last forever because they're holding up well under workout stress. Good value for the price.
