Update 9/24/23: These ended up not being all that slippery after all and they were quite comfy. I wore them for 6 hours, never slipped in them, walked quite a bit to and from car to wedding venues (including in pouring rain-ugh!) and danced in them for about an hour. I am pleased enough-they did the job.Original review: The shoe fit very well. I am an 8 Wide and the 8 W fit true to size for me. I got these to wear to a wedding, which Is fine. The style is perfect for my casual to semi formal dress. It’s made entirely of synthetic materials just as described so that isn’t a surprise, but it’s not a great imitation of real leather. The fit is comfortable but the sole is a bit slippery and a bit bumpy under the ball of the foot. Final answer: Its good enough for the money and will get me by for this occasion and for quick outings. It wouldn’t do well as a walking shoe.
