I bought these for my husband, and he won't take them off. He loves them. His shoe size is a 10, and he says these fit perfectly. He often complains about the size of shoes, so if he says these are true to size, they are. He really likes the square style of the boot, as it gives his foot more room.My husband says the boots are "very comfortable." He added an extra padded insole because he puts them in all his shoes. He takes very good care of all his shoes, and he does this to help protect the boot. So, there is room to add a thicker insole if you choose to. But I promise you, if my husband says these boots were very comfortable before adding the insoles, that's a big compliment to the boots because he is extremely picky. He wore the boots for most of the day before he found the other pair of insoles we had and added them to the boot. He wore a regular cotton sock and kept reiterating how comfortable the boots are.He is also pretty convinced the suede material of the boot is real suede. A few drops of water splashed onto the boot and while he was able to brush off the drops, they left a mark. So he’ll be treating the material of the boots with something that protects suede. The material lining the inside of the boot feels like padded netting for lack of a better example. This must be what the post says is “The breathable mesh lining, paired with multi-layer cushioning.” It’s soft and comfortable.The boot is extremely well-made. The sole of the boot is bendable. If I push the nose of the boot up, the boot bends in half. It’s not rigid and harsh at all. It’s all thick rubber and is indeed slip resistant. The pattern is beautiful, and the stitching is amazing. It’s all impeccably done. I tried to add a lot of pictures for you to see for yourself. This stitching is just outstanding. The boot loops or pull tabs that help you put the boot on are reinforced really well. These boots feel like they're going to last a long time. I hope that’s the case. We live in the country and once the suede on these boots is protected, they’ll be worn in a farm like setting. I will update this post if the quality doesn’t hold up to the standards I feel like they’ll hold too. These are currently $50, and I think that’s a very fair price for these boots. These would cost a lot more in a department store. These are great boots. My husband loves them, and I think you will too.

Decent boots for a decent price
These boots are somewhat of a mixed bag. I think for the money they're a pretty good value, but for just a little more you can find pretty decent genuine leather boots.The sizing is accurate, and the boots are relatively comfortable and definitely break in faster than genuine leather boots for.They look pretty good, but to me they're clearly not genuine leather, but a casual glance wouldn't reveal the difference.They're easy to slip on and off with good space around the ankles, yet don't slip on your heels.Time will tell how they hold up, I think for casual wear they should last a good while.

They look great, they just don’t feel great….
I’m a huge fan of IUV boots and literally wear a pair every single day of the week. I own numerous pair and have loved every one of them. These are not quite up to the expectations I have based on my experience with my other pairs.While I do love the look, design and style of these, I do have one complaint. The insoles or bottoms of these are incredibly flat and hard. Just not as good as ones that I have worn previously.The stitching on these is absolutely perfect. The design is classy yet subtle and I love the coloring on them. They fit perfectly and the sizing is true to size. They appear durable; I hope they hold up as good as my other pairs.All in all I do like these and will wear them often. With every pair of footwear I get one of the first things I do is typically change out the insoles. I do this because I have a lot of back and sciatic nerve issues so it’s a MUST that I have very comfortable shoes. While I do not find these comfortable at the moment, I’m sure with the investment of a new set of insoles that are specially designed for support and comfort, they will feel absolutely perfect on me. They’re not perfect, but at the current price of $54, they are a nice bargain and worth every penny you will pay for them!
