Worth it
Even tho it takes some time to really break it in, it gets comfy to a point that it feels like tennis shoes. The work that I do often has grease or just in general slippery surfaces, the shoes truly offer the "non slip" claim. It is very difficult to slip, almost to a point that you would need to intentionally slip in order to. Very happy with these pair of work shoes.

Comfortable to wear, good grip to not slip
When working on the cars in my garage, I often find myself slipping all over the garage floor, oil and fluids making the floor quite slippery. After using these shoes, I can walk around the garage with confidence, spills and all don't cause me to slide around or lose my balance anymore. The shoes are true to size, and so far, have handled all of the different compounds on the floor without issue, no abnormal wear or tear on the shoes. It is comfortable to wear for long periods, I haven't had to put in any insoles or anything like that. Looks good for working around the shop, just like any normal boot.

Lightweight and comfy, although not very durable
Inexpensive, comfortable work shoes targeted at food service workers but suitable really for any light work that requires you to be on your feet. Upper is mostly mesh with a few panels of genuine leather - not high quality leather by any stretch but it does the job. Hightop provides good stiff support at the ankles, and there's a sturdy reinforced heel as well. Style overall gives off a vintage LA Gear vibe, but these are shoes you buy for function more than fashion. Outsole is mostly foam with some strategically placed rubber bits - provides pretty good traction but it's not explicitly labeled for slip resistance and looks and feels different than other slip resistant work boots I've reviewed. Build quality and materials are about what I'd expect for shoes at this price point - expect to get 3-4 months of use out of these.Where these shoes really shine is in preventing tired feet. These shoes are crazy comfortable: well-cushioned supportive insole with a nice springy heel. It's unusual to find shoes for this price that are this comfortable.Which overall makes for a pretty good light work shoe at a fair price. It's nothing fancy and no space age materials, but it's comfortable and supportive and gets a lot of the important things right.
