Held up surprisingly well for such an inexpensive shoe
I bought them as a glorified slipper... just something to wear around the house and yard.The insole is removable, which is nice, as I could take out the cheap insoles and replace them with nice ones. The canvas upper stretches and molds to your feet, so they fit great and are incredibly comfortable after a couple weeks. They have a real outsole, with a decent tread, so you can actually wear them outside, if you want to. I used to wear them to walk my dogs occasionally. I work from home, so I wore these things pretty much constantly, every day, for over a year and a half and they held up great. They lasted longer than my running shoes, which got a fraction of the milage and cost 4x as much.

Nice, lightweight, casual shoes for everyday wear around town. Can't say much about arch support, because there really isn't any. But they are comfortable enough to wear around town if you're just walking and doing normal everyday things. The shoes are comfortable and the soles absorb a decent amount of shock. I am wondering about longevity and how they will hold up over time, considering most of the seams are "frayed." The fabric seems to be holding up ok, but i did have some loose strings come off here and there...so hopefully that doesn't continue too much. Overall happy with the shoes though.

The best Sanuks I have owned
I have worn only Sanuks for 15 years. When my last pair reached the inevitable end of life thanks to daily use, I ordered this style. The instant I placed them on my feet I remarked to my wife "These are the best Sanuks I have ever had." Days later I still feel this way. They do not have the usual tightness across the top I am used to thanks to my stocky size 13 dogs, and required no breaking in at all. I simply love these shoes (sandals, whatever Sanuk insists on calling them.)
