Great boots!
I bought these to replace a pair that wore out. At first they were a bit hard to get on (the ones I had before had a zipper), but as long as the laces are loosened they get on just fine. They are a little taller than ankle height and true to size with the ability to wear thick socks. I also added an insert. They are waterproof up to just about ankle height as they have an expandable inner lining up that point. Very comfortable and warm enough with thick socks down to the upper 20 degree weather. Excellent boots for the price!

Good moderately priced rain boots
I like these boots. I bought them to wear on rainy days when I'm doing volunteer work caring for community cats. I wasn't looking for very sturdy boots that would hold up to heavy use or warm boots designed for very cold temperatures and/ or snow. I also wanted moderately priced boots. These boots were quite reasonably priced. They were discounted when I bought them but the regular price is reasonable too. I was a little concerned that they might be low quality with such a low price but it appears that they might actually exceed my needs.The boots have patent leather and synthetic leather uppers and have short synthetic fur inside. They don't look like expensive duck boots but they look fine for such moderately priced boots. I can't say how they will hold up but they are comfortable and they'll keep my feet warm in moderately cold weather. I haven't worn them in rain yet. I will update my review if they aren't waterproof or if I have some other issue with them after wearing them in rain.I gave the boots a 4 star rating in part because the sizing is off by a full size.. Some reviewers noted that the boots run small and narrow. I usually wear size 7.5 so I ordered size 8 to account for the sizing issues. I should have ordered 8.5..They are shorter than most size 7.5 shoes and they are narrow. The synthetic fur lining loses its loft quickly so they fit a little bigger than the first time I put them on but they are still more like size 7N than 8M. I recommend buying a full size larger than you normally wear and I don't recommend them if you have wide feet.I like these boots and I recommend them with the caution about sizing,

Poor Quality-Refund Policy Nightmare
Purchased boots and immediately found a defect in left boot. Amazon web site's normal processing of refunds or replacements is out the window on this product. You cannot get a refund or replacement as you normally would. You will eventually have to call customer service, who then will call the supplier who supposedly will mail a refund. WOW this so far different than any product I have purchased on Amazon.It took a long time to straighten this out. All I wanted to do was get a replacement boot and they wound up losing a sale because of a WACKED OUT REURN POLICY FAR DIFFERANT THAN NORMAL. BEWARE!

Too shiny and no traction on soles
The shell of this boot warps and moves a lot. It looks like plastic in person. The all black boots are a bit more sturdy in person.

Very cute and feminine!
Very good quality and size fits so perfect and very warm. I'm size 8 and I don't need to wear extra socks. They look so nice with everything! I wouldn't review 'em if they wasn't what I expect it since I don't like writing negative reviews either !
