Comfortable from first try-one! Flat but stylish. The pattern on the toe adds interest but is subtle. The finish is matte but not dull rather it comes across as understated and tasteful. The toe box is round so the wide part of your foot is comfy and doesn't pinch. The surface of the sole is grippy and slightly nonslip. This shoe is a win!!
I regularly wear a 7 1/2 but these shoes were uncomfortably tight. I returned for a size 8. They are very cute and I believe they will be comfortable in a bigger size.
JBU loafer fits well, comfortable, made well, can wear all day, comes in different colors. Very practical, durable and a good choice for me.
Cute shoe, outer material wasn't a soft as I hoped it would be, wasn't a good choice for my feet, as I have arthritis in both feet, runs small. Buyer beware of return, lots of instructions, if Peltz doesn't like return packaging it's up to their discretion, for your refund. I can only hope my return is accepted. Not the usual Amazon return- UPS
These shoes required no break in.Fit true to size.Do not rub blisters either.Love this brand!!!
Disappointed. I've had great success with Jambu shoes in the past but these were very stiff, too loose in the heel and the insert around the ball of the the foot pretty much non existent. They still hurt my feet after a weeks break in and I don't hold out much hope of change.
They are cute and I was hoping they would feel like the multiple pairs of the JBU Willow flat slip-on shoe I wear in winter (which I discovered thru a View Your Deal). The Willow has a soft material inside so they are comfortable with or without socks. The Florida Loafer seems to be made of a tougher material so when I tried them on, the difference is noticeable. However, if they had fit properly, I may have given them a try to see if wearing them would soften them up. Considering they are a shoe meant to wear in summer and potentially sockless, I expected softer inside material. The main reason I returned them was because my big toe rub instantly even though my heal felt slightly loose. I wish they would copy the manufacturing of the Willow shoe and offer a softer inside in the Florida Loafer because the style is cute.
