my go-to casual shoe
LOVE these shoes. The trouble with stuff like this is that a lot of shoe companies don't repeat their styles but if you can find it, buy it. Shoes are comfortable and provide good arch support. I've had them since last fall, wore them everywhere and they still look brand new. I have a high in-step so I had to remove their removable foot liner and use a thinner one but if your feet don't have this problem, you should find this shoe to be very comfortable, easy on and off, waterproof, and warm - not as warm as a fur lined boot, but in the cold wet temps of a NC January, my feet were not cold or wet.

Comfortable, stylish shoes

Runs a bit short
I liked the look of this shoe and it was comfortable when I tried them on. However, it was a bit short. Toes hit the end of the front. I ordered 5 different pairs of shoe, each from a different company and this was the only one that wasn't long enough.

Runs tight, short and hot.
These are nice looking shoes. They are not leather. They are NOT true to size due to extreme thickness of memory foam insole. Inside of shoe measures 23.0 cm, (9 & 2/16 inches) NOT 23.5 cm (9 & 6/16 inches).Tongue is thick but floppy soft so you have to make sure it doesn't tuck under when you stick your foot in.Additionally, there is a padded lump at each heel. Because the shoe is deep in the heel, that lump hit high on the back curve between heel and the ankle and hurt. I had to slip in hard heel orthotics to raise my foot to the right height so that lump hit the intended curve above the heel.The shoe is extremely soft and the materials are a mixture of thick soft foamy feeling against a harder fake leather of the outside. The upper fake suede is thick and tight and very hot on the foot.It's possible that the shoe would stretch, but, because my toe is already at the end of the shoe, I'm afraid the toe of the shoe will separate from the rubber that's curved over the tip of the toe. I already have one pair of JBU that did that.I always buy shoes that are the equivalent of a US 7, a EU 37 or are 23.9 cm in length for the most accurate fit.Since it's unlikely that the thick memory foam insole will flatten down to take up less room on the shoe height for the foot and since the inside length of the shoe is too short, I am returning the shoes.If you have narrow, thin, feet WITHOUT a high arch, these might work for you.
