That back strap is for sure loose
I just received these today, and despite the advice from previous reviewers, I ordered a size 10 because that's what I usually do when ordering shoes without half sizes. I am a size 9.5, and I regret ordering up. The strap in the back is very loose, but the weird thing is that where my foot stops in the shoe is accurate sizing. I can't wear these; they cause me to walk really awkwardly because the back strap keeps slipping off. Other than that, they have much potential. The heel isn't too high, and they could be worn casually or with a formal dress.

Not for me.
These are a big no for me. All I did was try them on and knew they wouldn’t be good. They feel very thin and flimsy to wear. The straps aren’t tight enough with no way to really change them to be better. The heel does not seem sturdy and I know if I wore them to something they would break while I’m walking around. They look cute but miss the mark with quality. I’d keep looking.

Almost good, but too far away to be wearable
these are very unstable heels and they gap weird on the sides plus the back piece slides off and is not adjustable. I thought they may be too big - I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered that size but I had my friend who wears a 9-9 1/2 try them on and even with her heel over the back of the shoe she still had that issue. The heel is very narrow at the bottom making them tough to walk on and in addition the bottom is extremely slippery, all in all a recipe for disaster as far as staying upright goes. The color is also strange, not beige but not pink. The style could be cute, but not with the gap. They are not for me nor my friends.
