These shoes are very well made and feel high quality. They’re comfortable to wear and didn’t cause any blisters. The color is nice and easy to match with everyday outfits. The non-slip soles provide good traction and make walking feel stable. Overall, they’re a great value for the price and perfect for daily wear.
I got these because my high end walking shoes are disappointingly starting to wear out after very little usage. These are a much better value for what feels like similar quality and much better laces too. The soles feel thick and hardy which is nice for our cactus laden desert landscape.Just some simple facts and reference points to consider, I usually wear between a 9 and a 9 1/2 depending on brand and these do run about a full size too small, the 9.5 is significanly tight for me both in length and width. I don't typically wear wide shoes and these feel a little too compact in that department. They don't have much of an arch to speak of, zero drop is typically recommended for a walking shoe as far as I'm aware, so that's nice.The upper is not ventilated, it is a thick composite of materials that make the shoe feel a little bit stiffer initially, but it starts to relax after walking daily for a week or so.I would say that these are a great walking shoe that are asthetically pleasing and match just about anything you'll wear from a tennis skirt or shorts to jeans or jeggings. However, the sizing is off by too significant an amount therefore I had to reduce my rating. Hoping they put a disclaimer in the sizing eventually, there wasn't one when I ordered.
UPDATE ---> The foam insoles are removable, so I took them out and replaced them with my preferred solid-formed insoles with excellent arch support. Now these shoes don't squish my toes at all, offer exceptional arch support, and best if all, keep my feet cool even on the hottest days standing on blacktop. NOW this is the perfect shoe!ORIGINAL REVIEW --> These shoes are roomy, comfortable, but initially the insole is completely flat although there is a foam texture to it it, does not immediately contour to my foot. There is no arch support. There is a lot of room at the toes, so squished toes are not likely. I have a average size foot, so these are neither wide nor narrow. With that, I started my first wearing. I am on my feet when I work, and generally am on my feet continuously for 8 hours or more on blacktop. After about an hour, I could feel the insoles starting to conform to my foot somewhat.The shoes are breathable, and look more like a casual shoe than a sneaker. The pattern is like a vented tweed weave. I usually have to change from shoes to sandals in the heat of the day, but so far my feet are comfortable and not sweaty in these.I wore these 3 weeks in a row and found them to be among my favorites. The insole did mold somewhat to my foot during each wearing, and return to almost flat when not worn for a while. I did add solid arch support insoles over the original foam insole to give me a bit more support, and they fit inside the shoes well, though they do make the shoes fit a bit tighter. If you plan to add a substantial arch support on top of the included insole, consider sizing up.
Ok to wear for short errands. Not super comfy. Just ok. Style is ok. Just ok. Serve the purpose.
I was really looking forward to getting these, however they we not the quality I expected.First off, the shape looks okay in the pictures, and even they look okay when they don't have feet in them... but when you do, they have the shape of clown shoes.The material is feels cheap and they began falling apart right away!They don't have much cushion at all, I immediately bought inserts for them.I have semi-wide feet, and they felt a little tight at fist, making the break-in period a little uncomfortable.The only plus side to these shoes for me was that they're very lightweight and affordable.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I'm happy with these shoes! They look exactly like the pictures. They are very comfortable. The quality is quite nice! I see that others felt that the shoe runs small (some even stated that the shoes ran 1.5 sizes too small), however, I feel that they're true to size but snug. I usually wear a size 8 and I purchased a size 8 of these - they fit but they aren't roomy. If you like your shoes to be snug, then stick to your size (but use the sizing chart of course). If you want a little room or a looser fit, I would size up half a size.
These are very comfy. I'm a sucker for foot comfort. If it's trendy and cute, but not comfy, I don't want it. These have it all. I got them in the color labeled as White, which features a black patch on the heel. They do not offer an inner sole with arch support. Just a flat, but a soft and cushiony one. I'm not a foot expert, but some people dealing with some foot issues might not get the support they need on the inside. Now, don't get me wrong. These shoes are comfortable and flexible. I find them perfect for daily use. This brand has always delivered on comfort. I own other styles from them and I recommend them a million percent. The materials are of the utmost quality, so I know these shoes will last me a long time. They are true to size and roomy. I wear a US Women's 9, and my foot is wider than average. They are well priced.
