Beautiful
I used to buy very similar looking Born oxfords that are sadly no longer in production. They're a wonderful brown, as pictured, soft leather, with structure in the toe and heel and flexibility everywhere else. They have a very natural finish, not too matte or glossy, and not totally pristine, which I think works if you're looking for a very versatile shoe, which I was. Everything about them feels very solid, and the stitching is good. There's no cushioning to speak of, which I did expect. Unfortunately the 8/8.5 is a true 8, so they fit me perfectly, but not with the insoles I ordered to use with them. A size up will be too big, so I'm going to try to break them in a little and see if they'll fit, or just order a thinner insole. The treads are pretty smooth, so I don't imagine they'll be very anti slip, but they don't feel slippery to walk in, at least on my (sometimes very slipery) wood floors. If you're looking for a simple, high quality oxford, these seem like a very good choice.

Not comfortable to walk in.
Sewing at on the top where the toe cap meets the top of the shoe is exactly at the bend of the foot when you walk. That’s makes it very uncomfortable to walk in. It is fine to stand in. Even after trying to break it in, it still bends ion that stitched overlapping seam. Seems well made and may work for some people but this is definitely not the brand for me. They are now my work shoe for things like welding and standing for long periods of time on a ladder or in the shop.

I love the rich deep brown color of these shoes. They fit perfectly and most amazing is the comfort. Truly a wearable gorgeous product. Only one minor issue --the Oxford look is barely discernible but nonetheless it is a wonderful, comfortable lovely pair of shoes. Sizing guide inaccurate
I wanted size 41 so ordered US size 9-9.5 which by the sizing guide should have been a 41. They sent a size 40. Ugh.Shoes otherwise nice.

Cute and smart looking shoe.
I have a long slender foot, size 10, and am always looking for a cute and comfortable shoe that my hell doesn't pop out of as I walk. With this show that is not an issue. I wear them with slacks and jeans. Very comfortable right out of the box. I receive complements every time I wear them.
