Better than expected!!!
I was very skeptical at first. Because I’ve never heard of this brand before and the price was very reasonable. But I was pleasantly surprised when the boots arrived. I’m a school bus mechanic by trade. I’m constantly standing & walking on concrete floors most of the day. They’re much more comfortable than I anticipated and the size is perfect. When putting your boots on or taking them off, the side zipper makes it quick & easy. There’s no need for daily tying and untying of the laces because of the zipper. I love the darker color., because it hides dirt, grease & scuff marks. They also look great with jeans.

Neat and Handy Boots
..::: UPDATE :::..After 3 months, I'll confidently say these are great boot that's worth the salt. They're quite comfy to wear and walk around in all day once U put some supportive gel insoles in them; I needed that. I work in them often and I wear them recreationally, and they hold up just fine throughout. They are easy to clean as well, plus the material of the boot doesn't wither or peel easily. Aside from needing to add insoles, these are an excellent purchase.11-04-24________________________________________Great product! I definitely appreciate the fit; it's easy to put on and true to size. I wish the soles were more supportive and comfortable, I gave 4 stars because of that. However, I don't mind how they feel too much while walking and standing in them; I'll be adding supportive in-soles for my benefit. My plantar fascia tendons have seen better days. Anyway, The boots are sturdy enough to manage some hard work which could cause wear and tear, they're good-looking and easy to clean as well. So far, I'd say these boots are worth their salt... I hope they last me long because this review is only after one wear doing some heavy duty work all day. I'll see how they fair out I suppose...07-21-24

Great Addition To Your Shoe Collection

Excellent - for the price. Lasted a year
I put about 800 miles worth of steps on these in a year. I've just had to replace them - the upper has started to rip away on one, and the sole has come unglued on the other. The zipper pull on one broke after about 6 months, i replaced with a similar one I had.The sole wear is remarkably low for this amount of mileage - soles are hard and sound like it on hard surfaces. They were otherwise pretty comfortable, decent to stand in for periods of time. Not super heavy. Fit was slightly bigger than standard for me - after they stretched out a bit, wore thicker socks. Not waterproof but fairly water resistant.For $40, I'd certainly buy some again. I've gotten 5 years out of boots before but not with this level of mileage, and certainly not at this price point.

I’ve only been wearing them for a couple of weeks, but they look great and feel great so far. It took a couple of days for them to mold to my feet and now they are very comfortable. I’m impressed by how good they look, especially for the excellent price.UPDATE: months later, they still look good and feel good. I noticed in reviews there was a mention of the laces not lasting very long. I found that this was just for the original laces, not a problem with the boot. I replaced them with some round boot laces and have had no problem at all. I’d recommend these boots to anyone.

Poor quality
About a year ago I bought my first pair of mid-height boots from this company on Amazon. The first pair were great, a lighter shade of brown, but after 6 months of everyday wear the zipper on them broke.I thought “oh well”, and bought another pair (darker brown) and thought i’d have them longer. Well, I ordered these in August and they started falling apart around 2 months ago (late September). My work and everyday life environment is not rough by any means. The leather began to peel on these, and the soles are starting to tear apart on both.It saddens me to write a review because initially after buying both pairs, the felt comfortable and received a lot of compliments. Unless there was a way to contact the company for help, I don’t believe i’ll be receiving money back or a replacement pair. I guess I should have known to invest more money towards my feet, especially for everyday wear.For anyone looking to buy a pair of good boots, spend the extra money and buy something that will last. These have great potential, but unfortunately they did not meet it with the last two purchases. Maybe it was just my luck of the drawl on these two pairs.
