Fantastic for swing dancing

They're fantastic if you're getting into swing dancing but not ready to make the big dance shoe investment. I do a lot of different types of dance definitely better for dances with pulse, lindy hop, Charleston, balboa, the heel is going to make it less natural for west coast swing but it's not bad at all. I've never worn a heel before but it's not bad and the flexible middle is nice. They are comfy with a nice tight fit. I get many compliments on their look too.Note: I've worn them a few times before the picture.

Shoelaces too short

31" Shoe laces were too short to tie. So I had to purchase 36" to tie into a small bow. Overall these dance shoes are well constructed.Some reveiwers complained about the lack of arch support. But, these are indoor dance shoes and the lack of a stiff arch is what is needed.It imporyant to order and check for the right shoe size. These shoes are meant to be close to toes, without pinching them. If you order a size too large, your toes will shift forward and the heel will feel like it is spreading backward.These shoes were comfortable enough to dance for hours despite a hammer toe on one foot and a bunion on the other. I always use washable inexpensive foam inserts on dance shoes for cleanliness and for comfort.
