My son, he loves it because it keeps his feet warm & dry. Make sure you buy 1/2 size bigger because you need to wear thick socks to get that extra warm especially when the kids play outside for a long period of time.
We changed the sizes from kids size now needed to buy men's (7). Was using this brand boots since the kid was toddler. Previous experiences were great (warm and comfortable boots, no complain). Now, way too wide at the top for my teen, also too heavy. We return the product.
Too small
Fine in dry snow. The second the snow melts your childs feet will be WET! playdate ruined. Just buy bogs.
I buy these boots every year for my kids, they are durable and my kids never complain of wet or cold feet. They could be handed down for many years.
I had issues with the first order that had to be replaced, due to its inaccurate description and strange design. I gave 4 stars because my son likes them and they will work well enough for the winter.I don’t know if I had bad luck, or if it’s just a shoddy knockoff or something, but I absolutely wish children would understand that just because a product is more expensive than another brand that doesn’t automatically translate to a better quality product.Obviously I’ve no personal experience with this brand, so I can’t provide proof one way or another as to whether they are comfortable. Ionly know that the two kiddo approves…tbh though they have the sizes labeled, it would appear in person that correct labeled size, but just more roughly the outside souls, so the insides were too tight.6/10 would recommend for quick snow boots, but as far as I can tell upon examination there are far more budget-friendly options available all over. Not worth the money for a child’s shoe…
Love these boots and they fit my daughter perfectly. Some listings rate the water bugs at -25, some at -40. These are definitely the -25 ones and the liners aren't as thick. I was checking multiple listings and assumed that all kamik water bugs are the same. Definitely meant to get the warmer ones, and as we sometimes see those -40 temperatures I'm worried these won't cut it. Again, these seem like nice boots, but watch out for the temperature ratings.
