Best Rain Shoe
Kamik rain boots are some of the perfect rain boots! They not only balance value but they fit, wear well, look great and are functional. When I say functional I mean I have pairs for heavy in the mud gardening, wearing just for rainy weather in to town. I have tried other brands (some much more expensive) and I will say the other brands except for one I bought at a feed store all had issues with sliding on rocks or something downhill in the woods...very dangerous. Most of the sliding was on wet and gravel or stone and hilly area, but kamiks that I purchased all had much better traction. I will stick with this brand!

Happy with purchase!
I'm really happy with these boots! Going by the size chart, I felt I really needed a size 5 or 5.5, but 6 was the smallest available. So, they are slightly large, but will be really nice on cold, rainy days with thick socks. The shaft is a bit on the tighter side, compared to other rubber boots I've had. I do not have wide calves at all, so I liked the slightly more snug feel that I typically don't get...but as you can see in the pics there is a little room still...if you have especially large calves these may not fit. The color is great, as pictured. They aren't too heavy, but definitely aren't super lightweight either. Seems like a great product for the price.

I love Kamik Brand. I wear them everyday at the dog park. I love the height--- I can walk in the stream and not be worried about water seeping in. They are extremely comfortable. I have Kamik Snow Boots and my husband does too.

Great boots
They fit pretty much as expected... probably can't wear thick socks with them as a bit snug to get on. However, with no socks on, for a brief time in snow, my feet stayed warm! Go Figure!

Quality sucks
I loved the last Kamiks that I had. Unfortunately I had to buy new ones because I lost the others in the creek. Needless to say I decided to buy more kamiks. However, the quality is no longer what it used to be. I have had these for less than a week and worn them 2x. Somehow the middle of the toe part split and now they are no longer waterproof. This really irritates me because I could have bought way cheaper ones but wanted the same quality I had gotten before.

I love the lightness and the comfort of these rain boots. Also, this is a unique color for rain boots. I have owned several pairs of Kamik rainboots. They are usually tight around the calf however if you have an athletic calf muscle I would order these Miranda boots. They are waterproof and warm. These boots could also be used in snowy weather with extra socks. There is a comfortable foot bed in the boot which makes it comfortable for wear through out the day. The boots contour to the foot and are not clunky like some of the higher end rain boots. Kamik is the way to go!
