Favorite Shoes
These are my go-to shoes and I LOVE them! I purchased this pair to replace my old ones that literally started falling apart after 2 years of constant wear. They are very good quality, go with just about anything, and I wear them everywhere. I love the leather because they don't get as dirty as easily. I do not have a single bad thing to say about these shoes. Simply because of their nature, they start off a little tight, but get worn in before too long. Love these shoes and will buy them forever!

Great summer basic
Every summer I end up buying magenta tennis shoes for my daughter, now nearly three. They just work really well with shorts and with cotton sundresses when she needs more coverage than sandals, and they match half her wardrobe. Unfortunately every summer the brand I bought the previous year is unavailable - hopefully this won't happen with these Keds. They're well constructed and she says they're comfortable. They might be sized a bit small because she's currently an 8.5 and these sneakers in 9 aren't loose like the 9s I've bought her in other brands (hard to find half sizes.) I've found Keds not to be overly generous with sizing, but they're soft and they give (she has white leather Keds as well) so it's not a problem. The lime green stripe around the rubber also adds some styling while still being unobtrusive.

Are You on the Fence About These?
The Context: I needed a size 7W for trips to the stores and out in public with my daughter. This is a very simple, but somewhat stylish shoe for what is pictured.Pros1) Comes in wide sizes.2) Picked up a pair for about $15 bucks free shipping.3) Came in smooth/soft leather upper! Surprised.4) Because of number 3 they can be easily wiped off.Cons1) The description has this advertised as a cloth shoe also. You might want to try to confirm what will actually be shipped.2) They are white, no good for play outside and couldn't find other colors.3) They are string tied and you know what that means for untrained toddlers. The verdictPleasantly surprised because I thought I was getting a cloth shoe. For the price I found them for... no-brainer.Would I buy again: I plan to look for these again once she has grown out of the current pair. Hopefully the price will still be right.

Good but won’t last all school year
We used these for school shoes and they lasted about 5 months until the sole started to separate from the rest of the shoe. Worn 5 days a week with two rescues periods a day so they held up ok. We did need replacement shoe laces after about 4 months. Easy to wipe down.

Nice!
I bought these for my 5 yr old because she has been wanting a pair for so long. They arrived on time. The shoe fit perfectly fine. It is narrow but somehow it fit her feet fine with no complaints. She is so in live with these shoes she will not take them off. Wears them everyday for school. It's been over a week and so far they are holding up well. And my daughter is not gentle with shoes. So far so good! Great buy at a great price!

Classic never goes out of style!
Classic style canvas shoes. I use these for painting (find me on Facebook at Vulpine Candy) as the canvas is a high quality and takes the paint really well. I had these as a child and though they aren't the style for me personally, I have a lot of clients who are very happy with them. They say they run true to size, but on the slim side.

Look good, but didn't last long.
My ten-year-old daughter was desperate for these, because the other girls had them at school. I wore white canvas Keds all through the 1990's, so was very familiar with the brand. I got her leather, so they'd look nicer longer. I was surprised that by December, however, they had completely disintegrated, irreparably separated at the sole.Despite having put my own Keds through the wringer, and often into the wash, I had never experienced something like this. My daughter doesn't do a lot outside at school. Her P.E. class is three times a week, for 1/2 an hour, and she only has about 1/2 an hour each day for recess. Her school is renting a facility, and doesn't have a playground; just a mowed lawn, so they shouldn't get that torn up. I can only assume that this was either a freak incident, or that Keds quality has gone down over the years.I won't mind getting her some in the future, but I won't shell out for leather, and I'll only expect them to last a few months, so will probably only buy them on sale. I will say that the leather upper DID look much better than her classmates canvas, which was a plus, and it wiped down nicely with a damp cloth as needed.
