The back of the shoe sits midway on ankle feels awkward!

I was overly excited for these shoes because Keds is my dream shoe. They fit narrow just like this type of shoe does. I love the ease of putting the shoe on. The quality is great and the normal high quality of Keds. The issue is that the ankle is so awkward. It is midway on the ankle. So it feels like it is constantly slipping off and I am always reajusting. It's a weird juxtaposition of having a narrow shoe and the ankle feeling like it is too big so it is slipping off. I dont think I'll wear these shoes often they drive me crazy when I do wear them.The price is comparable to the average price of Keds

Keds are still my favorite casual run around shoes, you can't go wrong!!!

I have not wore or owned a pair of ked shoes in a VERY long time. I honestly forgot how classic and comfy these shoes really are. I wish I could get leather ones in black. I love the leather as it seems to hold up and clean better than the canvas. I think it just depends on preference. For me the it's the leather hands down. I have been wearing this very often for the last several months and let me tell you, they are holding up super well. Even though they are a little dirty in the photo, trust me that wipes clean so quick. The sole hardly looks worn either and I have put these through it. These also did not need any breaking in, they were perfect right out of the box. Still the same well made shoes from when I was a teen. The style is classic and the fit is spot on for what I currently wear for shoes.I will be looking for another pair to add in the very near future, just love love these.

Good, everyday slip on shoe

These are exactly what I remember Keds to be. They are extremely lightweight. They are extremely comfortable. They're easy to clean. I'm able to walk longer distances in these. They fit perfectly true to size. The style of them is a nice updated version of the old Ked style. I'd love to see this style in some patterns as well, especially leopard print. When these wear out, which I think will be a pretty long time from now, I will go ahead and replace with another pair of these. They're really just a good everyday slip on shoe.

Extremely Narrow

I ordered these for my 12-year-old daughter to use in gym class since her school requires uniform-approved shoes. While I was familiar with the Keds brand name, this was my first time getting them. I liked the idea of a simple slip-on style for easy on and off.However, when she tried them on, we found a couple of issues. The heel of the shoe is cut quite low, which made it feel like it could slip off with movement. In addition, the overall fit runs extremely narrow, which was uncomfortable for her. It doesn’t feel like the design accommodates a more modern foot shape.Given the low heel and narrow fit, these just didn’t work for us. I’d recommend them only for someone with very slim feet who wants a snug-fitting slip-on.

Thin insole

I ordered my normal size but they didn't fit, probably due to the lack of a normal cushion insole. The insole was very thin, bumpy and made of plastic instead of foam. It made me wonder if the insole was actually missing. I checked the reviews on Keds and one was similar to what I got. With the insole being so thin, it makes the shoes more roomy, hence they don't run true to size.
