A Great Pair of Casual Shoes
Perhaps it’s the unpopular opinion, but I think “Hey Dude” shoes look like old-man house slippers or a relict of the dollar store clearance bin. But, I wanted a pair of casual shoes that weren’t athletic style. I wore Keds years ago and loved them, so I decided to give these a try. They are a bit narrow (which works well for me), even though the width is a medium, but that’s just Keds for you. They are a little stiff, but I think they’ll be fine after a few wears. The black leather, with the gold grommets, gives the shoes an expensive look. I love that you can dress them up or go with casual. I bought my regular size and they fit true in my opinion. I didn’t find them heavy, but I lived through the 90’s Sketchers platform sandal era, so you can’t go by me. As for the price of these Keds, I think they’re a steal! I’m considering getting another pair for a backup.

Loving my Keds
I love these Keds. I haven’t had a pair in a while. They came as described and they were comfortable with great support and fit great!! I am usually a size 6 1/2 to 7 so I went with the 61/2. They fit perfectly. No rubbing in the heel and plenty of room in the toe area. I love the style and chunky look. I love wearing them with my black dresses and also jean shorts. My only complaint was there was no gold Keds label on the tongue of the shoe. It was white indented labeling. I got a fantastic discounted sale price too which was exciting and appreciated.
