Fits Well
The Keen Snow Boots was the third one that I purchased. While the prior two boots from other manufacturers were of good quality, they were too narrow for my EEE width feet. I scoured websites and learned that Keen boots run on the wide side. The Keen Snow Boots fit well and are comfortable. During the December 2024 "Lake Effect" snow storms in north-east Ohio, the Keen Snow Boots kept my feet dry and fairly warm. The boots also have good traction and are sturdy. This winter is my first one with snow and ice. The Keen Snow Boots are making the winter bearable.

Conquer Winter with Unmatched Durability, Warmth, and Grip
After a year of rigorous winter use, I can confidently affirm that the KEEN Men's Revel 4 Mid Height Polar Insulated Waterproof Snow Boots are a standout in winter footwear.Durability: These boots have held up exceptionally well against the harsh conditions of winter. From navigating through thick snow to enduring the abrasive contact with ice and rocks, they show minimal wear, which speaks volumes about their build quality.Comfortable Fit: The boots offer a snug yet accommodating fit. I sized up to allow room for thicker socks or tech liners, depending on the weather, which was a wise decision. The wide toe box is particularly appreciated, preventing the cramped feeling often associated with winter boots, especially when wearing slightly thicker socks.Exceptional Warmth: Historically, I've struggled to keep my feet warm in the cold, but these boots have changed that narrative. They provide remarkable insulation, keeping my feet toasty during the coldest, snowiest, and wettest winter days, ensuring comfort even during extended outdoor activities.Traction: The traction on these boots is nothing short of phenomenal. I've found myself leaving my traction cleats in my pack for all but the most treacherous icy trails. They've allowed me to confidently tackle varied winter terrains without slipping, which is crucial for both safety and enjoyment outdoors.Waterproofing: I've encountered no issues with water ingress during incidental shallow stream crossings, confirming their waterproof claims. The boots have successfully kept my feet dry in wet conditions, enhancing their utility in diverse winter environments.Versatility: They are not only comfortable for walking but also fit snowshoes perfectly when needed, making them a versatile choice for different winter activities. In summary, after a year of testing these boots in the coldest, wettest, and most demanding conditions, I can wholeheartedly recommend the KEEN Men's Revel 4 Mid Height Polar Insulated Waterproof Snow Boots. They've exceeded expectations in durability, comfort, warmth, and traction, making them an invaluable asset for anyone looking to conquer the winter outdoors. Worth every penny for those who demand performance without compromise.

Great comfortable boots
My son and I spend a lot of time in the woods and have been working towards our first overnight backpacking trip together. Loved these boots so much we both got a pair. Unfortunately the second time my son went to lace his up the rivets for one of the metal eyelets gave out and pulled out of the boot making it unlaceable. Same thing happened to my gf with pair from a different company so guessing it may be a vendor issue with the rivets 🤷🏻♂️ love mine, they’re good and warm and have had no issues getting wert but it’s been pretty dry so not much chance to water test them. All in all great boots and looking to receive replacements for damaged set soon

Warm without the bulk
Perfect for snow shoeing and winter hikes. Work great with my gaiters. Went out in 12F and was warm all day. Great soft tread for steady grip. Very happy with the Keen fit. These are high quality boots. Not cheap but we’ll worth it.Update Jan 2023: dang! I really like these boots. It’s been great hiking the past two winters with these. They have held up amazingly well. I did many hikes in everything from 10 degrees (F) to upper 40s as the snow melts and these handled all the terrain. Granted these only get used during the cold months as they are too warm and the lugs too soft for spring, summer, or early fall. Perfect for icy, snowy, and cold freezing temps. I would highly recommend these to anyone as a serious winter hiking boot. They are definitely not an expedition boot but for 99% of us these do amazingly well.

Not durable
They are comfortable and fit well as most keen boots do. Problem is this is my 2nd winter with them and the stitching came undone around the middle of the boot making them worthless. In short they lasted less than 7 months. All I do is flag traffic so there's no reason they should fall apart this fast. This has happened to another pair I wear in the summer in under a year. These will be the last pair of keens I buy and I'm switching back to timberlands.

Men's size not women's!
These are nice boots but I'm giving it 3 starts because the black/magnet color is not a women's boot. It is a men's boot. This was very confusing to me. I thought I was buying a women's size 9 Keen revel winter boot but it was too big on me. I then tried the magnet/north atlantic color and they fit. At that point I realized that the magnet/north atlantic were women's boots and the black/magnet were men's boots. The size 9 in the magnet/north atlantic fit me perfectly because they are actually a women's size!
