Half a day with these bad boys and I'm infatuated.
I have had these shoes for half of a day and I am so in love with them! I got the Zinfandel color and it is just gorgeous! I ordered these as an alternative to my Chacos for a trip to Ireland this summer in order to spare my feet from the limestone we will be hiking on. I know these arent technically closed toed shoes, but they sure do feel like it! The cords are very flexible and move according to your foot. I enjoyed the nice weather today with these on and theyre perfectly breathable, so the sun doesnt feel so intensely hot on my feet. I see on the sole of the shoe it says "anatomical footbed", and i can only guess that the material is supposed to morph to your foot, because the heels are already feel molded to my foot shape. The pictures of the tread on Amazon dont do justice, the tread is deeper than expected. These sandals should wear slowly, but only time will tell! I was absolutely in love with this style of shoe before I got it, and many of my friends advised me that they were too ugly to purchase, but upon recieving them and posting them on social media, everyone who once doubted the style learned that in reality, they're cute! These sandals are extremely comfortable, and it is unfortunate that they rank higher in comfort and flexibility than my chacos I've had for over a year. The size I ordered fit perfectly, and ive always ignored my 8 1/2 size foot and stook to 9s. I have not had to adjust these shoes, but that is just a personal experience. There is the slightest rubbing on top of my right toes but Im almost certain this will go away after a few days. I am so incredibly happy with them! Thanks Keen!

Freedom of movement and excellent comfort
I like the flex zone that is built into these boots. Also, my foot is wider but I don't wear a wide Size yet these boots have a little extra wiggle room, not a tight Toe box...I do grass, cutting and landscaping and these get a lot of hours and wear and tearI am also an avid hiker so I keep 2 sets 1 for work and one for hiking.I would not take these on the Appalachian trail. Because with hard use, things start to bust a part. And they are not the most water resistant. But for the price point, the flexibility comfortability. You can't go wrong. This is my second pair.

LOVE these shoes
Love these shoes! Got them about a week ago and have urban hiked about 15 miles since. Perfect, perfect, perfect. They're comfortable and that's unusual for me and my feet. After reading the reviews, I ordered them a size above what I normally wear and am glad I did. I wear them with socks and they seem to fit perfectly now. Love the color. Are they sexy? Nah. Are they hip? Not especially. But they'll do. They're different-looking and that's just fine with me. I can walk upside down my town and then sip a sip of wine in a cafe and feel right at home. Good job!

Absolute Garbage
If you have a friend who tells you these are the best hiking boots, unfriend them They are not your friend. If you like "waterproof" boots that start taking on water in multiple places in about 6 months, these are the boots for you.I am not a die-hard hiker. Three or four long mountain hikes a year, and walking my dog on nearby trails. Hardly a rigorous test of quality.Sure, they started out lightweight and comfortable. 4 stars for that. Then it goes downhill fast, and not in a fun way. That Patented "Flex" thing on the instep is the first place that fails to keep your socks dry. It cracks and separates and, unless you never step in wet grass or water deeper than 1", you're coming home with squishy socks. This was less than 6 months in. Then the leather pulled away from the heel. Then the tread pulled away from the sole. I bought these on 8/29/2021. It is now 9/22/2022 and they are in complete ruin. After the first failure, I wrote in to Keen corporate requesting they honor their "1 Year Warranty" with photos attached and never heard back. I guess they bought Columbia boots and took a hike. If I were British I would say these are absolute rubbish.Tell that ex-friend who recommended them. Make new friends and tell them. Gather a mob and storm corporate with torches and pitchforks, just don't let one more pair of these disappointing, shoddily made, overrated (I hesitate to call them) "boots" hit the trail.I beg of you.CameronChalfont, PA

LOVE THESE SHOES BUTTT
SO I LOVE THESE BOOTS, BUT FOR 144.00 I SHOULDNT HAVE TO BUY INSOLES. PERIOD. SO 4 STARS BECAUSE SHOES COMPANIES REALLY NEED TO STOP DOING THIS. THE INSOLE IS THE MOST INPORTANT PART OF ANY FOOT WEAR, THE BOOT SHOULD BE 75 OR LESS FOR HOW REDICULOUSLY HARDDD THE PAPER THIN INSOLE IS.NOW I DID SAY I LOVE THEM THOUGH HERES WHY, I USUALLY WEAR VIBRAMS UNLESS ITS RAINY (I LIVE IN Portland Oregon), SO MY TOES ARE SPREAD OUT ALOT MORE THAN THE AVERAGE PERSONS. THESE BOOTS HAVE A HUGE TOEBOX AND LOTS OF ANCKLE SUPPORT WHICH MAKES HIKING AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, UNLESS YOU DONT CHANGE THE INSOLE THEN YOUR FEET WILL BE SORE AN HURT FOR DAYS. LOL SO LIKE IT LITERALLY RUINS THE SHOE, JUST KNOW ITLL TAKE SOME SOLES TO MAKE THEM GOOD. NOT COOL RIGHT? EH ID BUY THEM AGAIN THOUGH.

Lightweight, tough, but comfortable shoes
I bought these shoes initially just for camping and hiking. After wearing them around the house and work last week I find them to be a very comfortable option for work. It’s like wearing boots that feel like tennis shoes! They are very light and supportive. My feet also stayed dry in all the rainy weather. Very easy to lace up and optional “hook & loop”, design at the ankle. The easy bend feature/material, (between the bottom lace and toe), is a game changer! No long, “breaking in” , time.
