I seen these on a customer of mine and I liked them so much I bought a pair. These look really good and they’re pretty comfy. I think you could get a lot of dirt and sand in your feet if you were getting pretty adventurous in them. But for casual outing they are very cool.

Order arrived late

These shoes were ordered specifically because of a delivery window that Amazon/Zappos failed to execute, which was really a hassle. They have a lot of the benefits of sandals, but more rugged and with a closed toe. The fit is fairly typical of Keens, but slightly narrower in the heel. There’s also a bit less vertical room in the toe box. Those are not improvements for me, and they also don’t make the shoes more attractive looking. They don’t dry especially quickly and sand sticks to them like nobody’s business. I thought these would be good to wear in wet, sandy conditions, but that does not seem to be their intended use.

I was expecting a toe box with plenty of room that Keen is known for. I have purhcased many different Keen shoes without any issues. I will rethink purchasing Keen if they are now changing the foot shape of their products.
