My 6 year old is rough on shoes. These are a little pricier than her normal sneakers but so much more durable. She loves the bright color and how easy they are to put on and take off. I love that she hasn’t work through the toe and they still look great after several months of almost-daily use for running, scootering, school, sandbox, etc.
These shipped fast, fit as advertised, and are awesome for both their genuinely-wide toe box and exceptional durability. My kids always outgrow Keens before they fall apart, which is amazing because they get put through a ton of rough use and generally last at least a year. My 8 year old daughter loves the toggle because it's fast, simple to adjust, and never comes untied in the middle of gym. Also, the coral is a great color. My 7 year old son's only complaint was that he can't order this same shoe in orange or red. These shoes were ordered at the same time as others and arrived a week faster, so I appreciate the fast shipping too. Thanks!
I splurged on the KEEN Unisex-Child Chandler CNX Comfortable Sneakers for my daughter who is tough on shoes. She typically destroys tennis shoes within 2-3 months. She has a pair of the KEEN sandals and they have lasted to her well, so I got the sneakers. These sneakers have held up well already through semi daily wear to daycare, rough outdoor play, riding her bike, playing in the creek, traveling, walking in rain puddles, and other outdoor/daily use. The fabric is holding up well and hasn't shown signs of deterioration. The toe front doesn't look like it has been reduced any even with dragging feet. I gave 3 start for water resistance because in a rain storm and her jumping in puddles they were soaked within an hour, but I will say they dried out very quickly! I will now only buy her KEEN shoes because they will hold up and are worth the cost.
Love the shoe.. t he e color.. the style.. the fit. Just what i was looking for. I have a wide foot and they have plenty of room in the toe box. I've ordered 2 different pair of keen and i would say they run a little big ... Comfortably fitting a wide foot. These shoes are big kid size 6 and they fit really y well.. i wear womens sz 8.. sometimes W.Very pleased so far. 👟👟
I'm happy with the shoes. Arch support is great. I love the darker pink and lack of Velcro strap on the big kid size 6. Price was awesome at just over twenty dollars but, one of the shoe laces is completely broken. I have ordered some to replace the laces but I'm disappointed.
Purchased size 9 for my size 8.5 kid. The fit is great with a bit room to grow but not overly big. The shape of the shoes is very cute on a toddler's feet. The bottom however is a bit thin. It works well for daily school but not for hiking if that is the intention.
If toddler hiking were an Olympic sport, my kid would be on the team. These shoes are great for hiking and other outdoor activities. My spouse (a podiatrist) loves that they are “foot shaped” and have a wide enough toe box so that the toes don’t get pinched. They’re easy to put on. We’ve had these about two months now and they don’t show any signs of wear, even with at least 100 miles on them at this point. The Velcro is holding up great. The color is a lot more pink in person than it looks online. We have recommended these shoes to several friends and are about to buy the next size up. We love them and highly recommend! It’s the best active shoe we’ve found for toddlers.
