GREAT shoes with design flaw

I LOVE almost everything about this shoe! Easy for my CP kiddo to get on and off himself. Well made. BUT the adjustable strap keeps coming loose on its own simply by walking and therefore the shoe is not snug. This was on day one of wearing. Really frustrating since these are SOOO expensive! But I plan on sewing it in place since I like the shoe otherwise.UPDATE: It’s been almost a year and these have been my son’s main of pair of shoes that he wears regularly. They are still in amazing condition and have held up extremely well. His custom orthotics fit great in these shoes too. As I stated previously, I sewed the loose strap together to hold it in place, and I haven’t had any issues with it since then! I still think they need to fix the design flaw for the price of these, but I still plan on buying another pair when my son outgrows them. They are my favorite pair of shoes for him.
