Loved them while they lasted! Great waterproof option for rainy season! More comfortable and supportive than rain boots. Nice color for any gender. That said…bought them in January, by October, there was a hole in the toe and they were coming apart. Sadly had to retire them a bit early.
We went on a rainy hike in Portland, OR and this shoe was amazing. Portland had crazy rainy and sunny weather in which this shoe’s durability stood well in the wet weather. His foot was dry all throughout the hike and he was comfortable wearing the shoe all throughout the hike. What is great about this shoe is that it is very easy to put on and the laces was easy cause he did not have to tie the shoe, he just had to tighten the laces and tuck the lace in the lace and it kept his foot in the shoe. The price of the shoe for the amount of hike we did with rain it was a great value for the money. A must buy
I bought this pair on July this year. I was excited to get these shoes for my child, but I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. Within a very short time, there are loose threads coming out from all over the shoes. They look cheap and poorly made. I expected much better from a brand like KEEN. I wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone.

usually love KEENs but this one is fraying at the edges with less than one month of use.all the other ones look new after a full year of use and are handed down to the next sibling...
I bought these for my 9 year old son. We were headed to Washington St to hike Cascades, Olympic and Rainer. Needed something waterproof and not stupid expensive.The top mesh part wore off almost instantly. I didn't care. Could barely tell. Otherwise they held up amazing on over 30 miles of rugged hikes. It rained a lot so it was muddy. They stayed waterproof for the 7 days and that all I needed. No idea how long they will be waterproof but again. They're not Goretex and are reasonably priced. He also never complained about his feet so they must be comfortable. Every parent knows you don't ask because that opens flood gates for complaints. Lol. I'm really glad I didn't buy the blue and yellow Merrels y'all are looking at and am really glad I didn't. Those things are never waterproof
