My family usually loves KEEN shoes for their quality, comfort, and durability. However, this shoe does NOT have those same characteristics. After just 4 days of wearing the shoe to school, my son's pair was falling apart. The toe protector came detached from the rest of the shoe and the printed design on the cloth was peeling off. This was definitely a waste of money. I am so disappointed.
My 8yr old son is hard on shoes. Keen are the only shoes that keep up with his activities ;)The great price and it's worth paying to have the shoe last in my opinion. Also a well fitting shoe is better for your kids feet as they grow.
This shoe fell apart after a month of wear. We bought them for school based off previous Keen shoes lasting a year. Since we bought them during the summer and held them for school to start, the return window has closed, and now we have to buy brand new shoes to replace the awful quality these shoes are!

My son loves these! He has a hard time tying his shoes, and then remembering to tie them if they come undone. He ends up walking all over traditional laces, but with these he has nothing to worry about. He loves that they adjust so easily, and they don’t slip off his feet. The grip/tread is great for him, as he is outside 80% of the day! I couldn’t be happier with these! His he says “My friends are jealous that my shoes are so cool!” And who doesn’t want to be the kid with cool shoes! 😆🥰
I’ve had a problem with the quality of materials and durability of Keen Shoes the last few years, but this takes the cake. These were delivered five days ago and this morning I noticed the toe of the shoe area is falling apart. The fabric is already peeling apart from the rubber and they’ve been worn only two or three times. Unfortunately Keen has lost a customer after giving them so many second chances. They used to be the only shoe brand I’d buy for my kids.
