Great mid work boot
UPDATE 1 - month May 16,2025. With close to 100k steps a week these boots have now gone almost a 1/2 million steps in a month. (I average ~14k a day when I wear them. They are holding up well on top and laces. The heal and primary landing spot on the ball of foot area are starting to wear down. I’m thinking these boots are maybe going to be good for 2-3million steps. With my stride thats about 1,750 miles. So I’d say well constructed.My ONLY complaint will be that the sole cannot be replaced.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I love Keen shoes. Well made, and they always have a wider toe bed than other brands.These boots fit snug and are not too time consuming to lace/tie like a high or calf boot.These boots fit toe is steel and holds well - not that I may have e already dropped stuff on my toes.These boots fit soles are a more stiff composite rubber and provide oil and slip resistance without giving up durability. My King Toe (brand redacted) boots only lasted 4 months at 15-20k steps a day.I expect these keens will last much longer.
