Excellent boot shoe. Grips very well. I wear them on smooth concrete surfaces covered in coolant, oil, and transmission fluid. So I might not get the best traction when oils or hydraulic fluids are coating the ground, but the fluids do not appear to be tearing up the soles of these boot shoes. Not only are they holding up to transmission fluid and oil, they are lasting without noticeable wear in the treads. I walk all day on concrete and usually wear through shoes, I am almost surprised to see these shoes standing up well. They are lighter than most boots and very comfortable. I don’t have a wide foot but these wide boot shoes allow me room to spread my toes and keep my feet from cramping all day. My only problem is they aren’t waterproof like leather boots would be. They are warm and water resistant, but if you step in water that only licks the top of the rubber sole it will get slightly damp inside the shoe within 10 sec. I love them though. Comfortable, light, and stylish while fitting a work environment style.

Working Shoe
6"0 240lbs. Im off and on concrete all day. So far as of 3 weeks these are still comfortable and staying together. Big toe box for toed shoes, not constrictive or too loose either. Alot lighter than steel toes but noticably heavier than sneakers. Ive worn steel toes all mu career and these are lighter but heavy enough that i like the way the feel.

Perfect for mechanics
I bought these for my husband for work. He’s a mechanic and usually just buys cheap shoes since every shoe kinda falls apart with the chemicals they work with on a daily basis. I guess the grease and solvents break down the rubber and glue of regular shoe soles. These have held up really well so far he says they are very comfortable which says a lot considering he’s on his feet 8-10 hours a day on concrete, they don’t slip or slide on the ground and over all he’s very pleased with them. Definitely mechanic approved!!!!

Comfortable, lightweight and look great!
Love these shoes. They look like sneakers and not boots. Also not a hit on the feet as my big leather work boots. Sizing runs a bit large, took me 3 tries to get the sizing right. 1/2 size down from regular sneakers seems to be the right spot. I read a bunch of comments about the shoe pinching the top of your foot. Day one I noticed this but after three 10 hour days the shoes are broken in and it’s completely gone, i think it’s just the shoe stiff out of the box. Will definitely buy these again in the future.

Shoe great! Buying experience majorly disappointing.
Shoe is great! Excellent styling and comfort, only problem is it was a little too small. Tried to see if breaking it in helped, but it didn’t. Tried to exchange for a half size up and they won’t let me! Even called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep who told me the only thing they could do was provide me a refund and a $5 coupon. Bought it on sale for a significant discount which is why I didn’t just take the refund and order again. Majorly disappointing as I usually don’t have a problem with returns and exchanges. Bummer. Returned and won’t be buying again at least from Amazon.

They are ok but not amazing
So when I got the shoes I immediately test fit them, they fit me well and have a pretty wide/large toe box. I would say if you have a wide foot they fit fairly true to size but if you have a narrow you may be able to go down .5 size. For reference I ordered a 10.5, and most of my shoes are size 11 for width reasons not length.Pros - very lightweight, nonslip, stylish (don’t look like a typical safety toe shoe or boot)Cons- included insole is not good (I immediately replaced with something more comfortable with added cushion)No loop or strap on the heel to help pull them on your feet.No water resistance whatsoever.Overall not a bad shoe but there’s room for improvement. They are comfortable fit wise with the factory insole but not very cushioned. The sole provides some but a good insole made the shoe a lot more comfortable. But the lack of a loop to help pull them on is a huge annoyance!
