Comfortable fit
I have a high arch and fat foot. These were comfortable the first time i put them on. I am a very picky when it come to any shoes and I am very hard on them. Between the snow, ice, mud, cow crap, grease, oil and everything else I am in I need a quality shoe. I farm, ranch and do most all of my home and farm repairs in many awkward positions that i need to get the job done. They are light weight enough to not cause problems with my knees that I've had worked on. Ive had these just over a month and so far so good. I will come back and update the review after a few more months. Update… only got about a year and a half out of em before the started splitting on the seams. Too bad reallly loved em

Dependable. Great. Well made
Bought these for my husband. He wears them daily for work. He works with alot of oil, grease and sometimes rainy and snowy weather. Traction is great. They are durable and fit just as expected.

Wide needed to be a full size up.
This is my second pair of Keen brand shoe/boots. I only bought my first pair of hikers because they were a special buy being sold at BassPro about three years ago and they have in fact been around the world and still are comfortable. I needed to replace a “no-name” pair and thought that Keen would be great brand to try. My wife shops Amazon, buying three or more sizes at the same time. I felt guilty but I ordered three pairs of these boots. The same size as the hikers that I have had for years was too small. I ordered three sizes starting with the size of the hikers, going up in half sizes, all Wide. It was the the third pair, a full size larger than the Keen hikers that fit well. I have some where between 12 and 20 miles on these boots and they walk very well. To my surprise they are most comfortable out of the box without my custom orthotics! I do like these boots!

Fit a little more snug in the toe box than expected. Would suggest half size up in our case.
I got these for my spouse to work around the farm in and was a little disappointed. Usually, Keen sizing is pretty spot on and about on par with a good sneaker. These were supposed to be true to size and to order usual size, but for my guy, he is a bit cramped in the toe box. I should have sized up a half size for him. The bubble nature of the rounded toe box kind of cramps him a little at the end, as well as on the sides. He isn't a wide in a shoe by any stretch of the imagination so was just a bit bummed. He can still wear them, but I don't think they'll be a comfortable fit all day.The shoes themselves are great, though and top quality as I always expect from Keen. The toe box is kind of bubbled though. It rounds off a little harsher than others. The soft toe does kind of make up for it because it's ultra flexible. He can bend, and flex his foot fully in these other than them being snug. They're fairly light as far as boots go. The grommets seem to be well coated so they won't rust, and the loops for stringing the boots up when the laces get high are easy catch and hold the laces in. He said he hasn't had any issues with the laces working their way back out, and that the hooks just grab the laces while he's lacing up. No muss or fuss. The laces aren't crazy long and don't need clipped and burned.Something I noticed is that the tongue is kind of chunky. He says it's comfortable, but it seems like it puffs out a bit and the boot doesn't cinch down as nicely as his Chicago composite toe. I thought they'd be replicas of each other, but these seem like they're just wider overall. The slip resistance has worked well out in the mucky barn. Also, the waterproofing is pretty good, but we did coat these with additional proofing. These were ready to wear right out of the box. If they had fit less snug, these are solid boots. They don't feel like brand new boots, and instead feel like they've been worked in for six months. They're not destroyers of heels and toes like some. He hasn't had any blisters, even with them being a bit snug. These will probably end up going in reserve because of sizing, but if you size up a half size a thick sock would take care of any slack. These hold onto his ankles well and definitely don't leave much room for rolling or slipping.Pros on these - definitely light weight, they lace up like a dream, they have a good waterproof coating, they hold the ankle and cushion to avoid rolls, they're fairly slip proof, deep treads for grip, they aren't steel toe which is great if you're looking for a boot you can hike in, but also feel comfortable in if you do get stepped on by a goat, and overall comfortable out of the box.Con on these - for us they needed to be a half size larger, the tongue is kind of puffy, the toe box is rounded and not as roomy as anticipated, also the deep treads can haul mud through the house even after stopping at the boot brush.

Needs better soles remake last 6 months
Did not last 6 months. Great shoe until the bottoms wore out quick. Not worth the money when they last as long as cheap shoes.
