Really great boot with included toe guard, great price very comfortable and sturdy
Keen boots are have become on of my favorites, i hope they are still all american made. that it the reason i first tried keen boots. I have had 3 pairs now and i think i will contiune buying them they are sturdy, well made, competitivly priced and they have a toe guard included so i dont have to mess with the "strong toe" produduct anymore. that save 38.00 right there. I am a plumber that is up and down on my knees and a toe gusrd is essential for me. Again last i looked theses where american made and i have been making a effort to buy more products made here in the US. you wont be dissapointed. The SINGLE thing that bothers me for the sake of a fair review is that the top three eye hooks for laces are VERY tight. Every Keen boot i have bouoght is lilke that so i belive it is intended to be that way, its abit annoying but there are so many pros to this single con that i easily overlook it.

Durable & confortable with no maintenance after 1 year
As someone who really puts shoes through a wide range of abuse, these are my favorite every-day work boots. Great ankle support and enough room for my wide feet. Breathable even when cinched up tight so it never gets sweaty in there. Waterproofing is just ok, I'd say it's only waterproof up to the tongue, learned that the hard way. My one gripe would be that the laces they came with were too thick to use the speed hooks so I swapped those out immediately. These are great shoes made for dirty work. They were comfy out of the box and only got more comfortable after a year. 10/10 absolutely worth the money

High quality very comfortable
Boots fit great. My 4th pair of keen work boots. Comfortable from day one, very little break-in necessary. Waterproof, high quality material. I'm an electrician so I kneel a lot and these boots have toe guards so the the toes don't get ruined. Even though these are soft toe, the rubber toe guards protect me.

Disappointed
I’ve always loved Keen mt Vernon. They only ever lasted about 6 months but were the most comfortable work boot. They haven’t been available in my size for about a year. I bought these. They are garbage. The metal lacing bars on the top broke within the first few days. They leave your feet aching. Definitely much lower quality than the mt. Vernon I wished they would continue to produce

Good boots
I was concerned that they might be knock offs but they’re real keen’s. Waterproof and very tough. And they’re just like all the other keen’s I’ve owned and come untied about 3-4 times everyday.

Great boots but boot lace hook broke off in under two weeks.
Love the fit and feel of these boots, they were replacing a pair of Irish Setter WingShooters that were making my feet get a rash. Lots of room in the tow box, nice heal lock, good foot orientation in the boot and feels more like a sneaker than a boot. Bonus, made in USA!I noticed the book hooks were really tight, the fit of the laces requires almost jamming them in there, unusual, as other brands don’t have it so snug a fit. On the plus side it makes it super snug custom fitted, the downside is that I suspect that tight fit is what caused the lace hook to go flying when I put them on this morning. Barely two weeks and already an issue? Disappointed, may reach out to the manufacturer and see what they say but most likely will just return them to Amazon. I really like the boot too, it’s a bummer that this happened, I need a snug fit and a missing lace hook is no good for that.

I like them. I have one minor issue with the leather finish.
I would give these boots 5 stars, but I don't like the finish on the leather. The boots are very comfortable and the really support my ankles and eliminate the pain I was getting from my previous hiking shoes. The liner that comes in the boot is very comfortable for me. They look great out of the box. My only gripe is the leather on the toe is sort of thin and prone to dings. The finish will wear off quickly and start to look pretty bad in short order. It looks months older than it really is due to how soft the leather is. I don't know if they intended you to polish these, but I do, and it makes them look much better. The tread is very good and very grippy and squeaks like crazy when I walk through my shop. Keen obviously takes waterproofing and making the toe durable seriously and I appreciate that, since where I live you alternate between snow, mud, and dust. I like Merells, for instance, but due to the way they sew the leather strips and nylon sections together, mine always leaked and started to fall apart about where the Metatarsal gives way to the Proximal Phalanges bone (in other words, the area just before where my little toe starts). That spot on every pair of Merrell shoes wears out and fails first. I have not had that issue so far with these Keen boots. I feel confident these shoes can take anything I throw at them and I can go through a shift at work in any conditions with no problems and no pain. After a few hours on concrete, you'll probably appreciate them.
