These shoes didn't fit (too narrow) and are also too soft and didn't hold their shape. I would have sent them back for refund, but unfortunately the postage was more than half the cost of the shoes. Big loss to me. Images can be deceiving.

I like the support and width however this style runs small. I wear an 11 in most keens but my toes hit the end in this style. They don’t come in a larger size so had to order a different style.. but return was easy and money was credited to my account the next day.

Disappointed.....

I'm a big fan of KEEN shoes and have several pairs. Having a large size 11 Wide shoe size, it is hard to find shoes but KEEN's usually fit. This shoe was too narrow....was not as wide as other KEEN shoes. These shoes were returned but kept the Mens KEEN Utility PTC Dress Oxford Work shoe in a size 9....they fit like a glove.

Break-in could be cause for break-up!

I've owned Keens in the past so my expectations are very high. They do require break-in time, which I'm still working on... Hence, only 4 stars. This is consistent with my others Keens though. Once I pass that, I expect greatness. With work shoes, though, a softer, more supple leather might be nice because who has time in for a 4-5 day (6-8 hour each) break-in period? My dogs were really barking on days one and two!!

I sold shoes to pay my way through college. Keens were tricky - they're pretty ugly so people take some convincing to try them on. Once they try them though, the shoes are sold and they'll be back for more. Keens are comfy and sturdy shoes, protective without being heavy.The distinctive look is kind of like driving a jeep. Other converts will compliment your Keens in public.I found mine paired well with the SofSole StableTrac insoles.
