I love these so much!! I wear a size 7 in US Women’s and ordered a size 5 in US Big Kids. At the time of purchase, the pink Keens were dropped down to $25, so I quickly bought them before the price went back up. They were delivered within the following week and seemed very nice, but I was still skeptical. I have since hiked 4 miles wearing these, and carrying an 18 pound baby on my back, with little pain in my feet (no more than what I would’ve had wearing my Adidas). I have walked touristy routes in foreign countries in these shoes with complete comfort. I have also walked through beaches wearing these, with no complaints. My Keens have been camping with me, cave climbing, ziplining, and even rock climbing, providing complete comfort. The only problem is that I look ridiculous wearing bright pink Keens as an 18 year old young woman, but it is worth it for the significant difference in price. I can’t imagine these won’t last me at least 5 more years, with heavy use. I live in Colorado and do a lot of hiking and camping throughout the summer, as well as traveling. Whether you are looking for yourself or your kid, buy them. They are extremely durable and perfect for just about everything outdoors. I originally bought them for a trip to Belize next year, but am so glad I got them to use this summer!

Perfect summer sandal!
So I'd just gotten a cheap version of these shoes and our dog ate them. I found these and was hoping these would fit my daughter's super skinny feet. Slip-on's are usually a no for her. But, HURAY! These are absolutely perfect. The bungee tightens up great, and the extra tucks in easily. She absolutely loves the colors, the fit, the comfort. They are just perfect for summer. She's a rough and tumble kiddo who also loves bright colors. The price can't be beat either. Super happy with these.

The very first day we tried these, my 2 year old was down in the creek in ankle deep water running over moss-covered rocks. My tomboy loves throwing stones in the water. Not once did she fall and when we took the shoes off of her (when she finally allowed us to drag her out after an hour) there were no marks on her feet. We took the shoes home and washed them and hung them dry and by the next day they looked brand new. She has since worn them out of the water and I love how easily she runs in them. She has a slightly turned foot, but these shoes keep her feet on the ground. Keens are the BEST
Keens are the best kids shoes ever!!! These are my 4 year old's go to summer sandals. There is little she can do to damage them. They are durable and take a complete beating and look nice. When they get dirty, I throw them in the wash and they come out good as new. I try and get my daughter keens in multiple colors every summer and she wears them with everything. Shorts, check. Pants, check. Dresses, yes, dresses too. The only thing I would not pair them with is a super fancy easter dress. The best part about them, when she outgrows them, I can pass them on to someone else and they look almost brand new. I will always buy Keens!The color in the picture is pretty much spot on. I guess you call it a coral color? It pairs nicely with neon pink/orange....the one that is popular right now. It also pairs nicely with peach colors. More versatile then I would have thought. BEST TODDLER SHOE
I love cutesy sandals for my daughter (almost 3), but she needs a rugged shoe that can keep up with her. She is an adventurer and a pro-faller. She (and I, for that matter) needs a shoe that protects her toes and helps her balance.This shoe is great! We just went camping where my daughter ran these shoes in all terrain. She swam in them, and she poured dirt all over them. They didn't dry quickly after she swam, but they didn't seem to bother her feet while she wore them wet. Each evening I rinsed the shoes out and let them dry overnight. Just rinsing the shoes made them look better! As for the stinkiness of the shoe, sweaty feet are just stinky by nature. Rinsing them helped. After our camping trip, I washed the shoes in my washing machine (with some towels), and then I set them out to dry. They look new again, and they don't stink at all (until two stinky feet are in them)!My daughter also wore these shoes for a long visit to the zoo, and she really liked them.I think the sizing is about right. My daughter wears a 7-7.5 in Stride Rites, and these are an 8. She has a some room in the foot bed, but that didn't seem to cause her any trouble as you can tighten it up a bit with the elastic rip cord. They hug her feet and won't fall off. Hopefully these will last her a while!

Cute and comfy, but stinky!
The only reason I'm not giving these 5 stars is the smell. They are STINKY! I read reviews that these were not supposed to have the odor problem that other similar shoes have, but they do. I have washed them several times and they have held up well in the wash, but after my daughter wears them once they smell like stinky feet! We don't have this problem with other shoes, so I don't feel that my daughter's feet smell any worse than any other child.I'm so disappointed because otherwise these are great shoes. They fit well, seem to be comfortable, and are easy for my 3-year-old to put on herself. I don't think I will buy these again or recommend them to others.
