Wonderful for walking!!!
Okay so these shoes are strange in how the sole/arch is shaped. But it works really really well for walking, it like adds some pep to your step. However, when standing still for long periods of time that arch gets really uncomfortable. I work in a grocery store and I’m typically running all over the place and these shoes are amazing for that, but if I end up covering the register for an extended period of time I find myself shifting my weight around to avoid that arch. I do feel like it’s ‘smoothing’ out the more I wear them so it’s not terrible. They are meant for walking anyways.Otherwise they fit wonderfully I just got my normal size and they look really nice too! I told my mom about them and she bought a pair as she goes on long walks daily and she loves them.

Wanted to love these
I really really wanted to love these. I think they are very cute and love the color. I am also a HUGE fan of Keens, and have multiple pairs of their sandals.The good:Wide toe boxCuteGood cushionThe bad:The rocker style is weird to me and with the height, I just did not feel secure in these and feared I would badly sprain my ankles (which are fairly weak already). I did not feel enough support around the ankle. I would recommend to younger women with stronger ankles or more experience with the rocker style. Ultimately, I had to return.

Bad for Your Feet
The shoes are the right size for me and they kill my feet. The toe box is very pointed and tight as is the heel.These shoes are bad for the overall health of your feet. Ouch.

Cured my plantar fasciitis!
These shoes cured my plantar fasciitis. I work in healthcare and spend a lot of time on my feet. I battled plantar fasciitis for about nine months, saw a podiatrist, did all the stretches and exercises, slept in a weird foot boot and nothing seemed to help. I have been wearing these shoes for three months and after the first month of wear, my plantar fasciitis was completely gone. At first the ridiculous arch support was hard to get used to and made me walk on my toes. I stuck with them and they are now broken in and perfect. They still look brand new after three months of wear. My feet are more on the narrow side.

I purchased a size 8 and an 8.5 as I was not sure how these would fit. One was too big and wide the other was too tight. I also did not care for the high arch and rocking technology.I returned both pairs on 10/11 and as of 10/17 my account says “Return in Process” Amazon has verified items are accounted for but my credit card has not been refunded.I am a bit irritated by the delay as when you drop off at UPS and scan and leave it there it is in fact returned.
