The shoe hurts. I ordered a size up. This shoe cuts across both of my feet. It hurts bad when I walk. Nice shoe but not for me. Shoes are supposed to feel comfortable not uncomfortable.

Very lightweight with little support

I understand why these shoes are described as “dance” shoes. They are very lightweight and might not hold up very well outdoors. When I took them out of the package they were kind of scrunched up as shown in the first photo. But they do spring back to life when on your feet as shown in the second photo. They are reasonably comfortable but they don’t offer much support other than a little padding in the instep. I am often between an 8.5 and a 9 but I’m glad I got the 9. It barely fits lengthwise but the toe box is wide enough to accommodate my bunion. Still you might want to size up. I might have done better with a 9.5. These shoes might be good for travel because they do flatten and would fit reasonably well into a suitcase. But you could only wear them if you didn’t have to walk far. In the end, I’m not sure how useful they will be or how often I will really wear them.

Stiff material, but a nice shoe

First impression was the quality was not worth the price. But I’ve worn them all day and they’re pretty comfortable, if not a little stiff. Because they’re so stiff, watch for blisters. They are actually well made and lightweight, and seem to be moisture resistant so far. What to watch for: with this style, they have no arch support and fit a little tight around the elastic so you may want to size up for those reasons, otherwise, I’ve found them true to size.
