Pricey ABSOLUTELY, worth every penny, ABSOLUTELY. Two things that should always be comfortable in your life, is your home and your boots. My first pair were the mountain extreme 400 with a slight break-in period but nothing unbearable. The lineman model, straight out of the box comfortable and zero break-in. From climbing trees for so long spending hours in the canopy of trees and removing them, I have had severe pain in my feet from the gaffs( tree spikes). Since purchasing these boots my pain has reduced drastically the comfort is immediately noticeable. I have not had these boots long thus far I haven’t had the opportunity to climb in them yet being that they’re fairly new. I’m absolutely certain there won’t be any issues since the shank area is plenty deep enough just as deep if not deeper than my Carolina Logger/lineman boots I’ve owned for many years now. I highly recommend these boots and as I always say you get what you pay for when it comes to boots and comfort and these are an A++. Now I feel like my crocs at the end of the day hurt my feet worse than these boots( all jokes aside). They are very comfortable and well made! The warranty is also a plus on these bottom!

The best for linemen.
As a lineman apprentice these are absolutely the best boots. I am hiking up right of ways in pennsylvania and wearing my hooks for hours in these. They have little to no break in period. Only boots i’ll wear. I wear a size 12 sneaker and wear an 11 in these.

10/10 recommend. I have bought a lot of different boots over the years trying to find something that was way better than the rest. So far these are it. Little weird at first if you aren’t used to this type of boot. But hardly no break in period. Great to work in all day. Not too hot, and also keep your feet warm in the winter. I can barely feel my hooks when climbing. They are pricey, but you can’t put a price on comfort

Highly Recommend For Tree and Line Crews
I absolutely love these boots. I've had my first pair for four years and four months and just placed an order for my second. I’ve pushed them well beyond their limit. The tread is nearly gone, and the front has started to fall apart, but they’ve held up incredibly well all this time.I use them for my full-time job as a line clearance tree trimmer, which involves a lot of climbing and walking in tough conditions. I’ve also used them for hiking. The stitching on the back end is blown out, and I honestly don't think I could have pushed them any longer than I did.With this new pair of boots, I will definitely send them off to be resoled when the time comes. If you need boots that can handle serious work and long wear, these are it.

Really nice boots the best ankle support I've ever felt the fit was perfect I was worried too sometimes I have to get a size bigger boot cause my foot is a little wide I measured my foot and went by a size chart I found online and the boots fit perfect haven't worn them all day or climbed yet I'm thinking climbing 5 stars walking around all day 3 stars they are heavy and rigid and even tho I got no insulation they seem like they might be hot over a 16 hour day it's hard to say if I'm completely satisfied with a nearly 600 dollar purchase if durability and longevity is there maybe. they are 5 stars out of the box impressive quality

Comfortable and Great Quality
