I've found the Bridger Low Leather hiking boots to be well made on par with other Kennetrek products (Mountain Extreme boots) I've purchased. I originally purchased the Bridgers for an extended backpacking trip but used even lighter trail runners because the trail (PCT) was relatively easy. I've worn the Bridgers on day hikes and as around-town footwear because of their style and comfort.
I usually purchase oboz hiking shoes but these are a step above. The wide size fits perfectly, similar to the oboz, but the quality of these is way beyond. Very sturdy. Great for trail hiking. well built. stitching is amazing.

I work in an industry that is very tough on shoes. And im not a fan of most work boots. I hike with the taller version of this shoe and they have held up amazing after many miles.Kenetreks take a bit to break in but when they do your feet will thank you.They run true to size for me.The only thing i dont like is the laces but im still on the fence. They hold up well so far but id like a little thicker lace. Easy fix with a new set.
This is a very sturdy pair of shoes. Very well made and apparently will last for years and years.
Good lightweight with great support. But walking through wet grass this morning and my toes were soaked. Both boots leaked after just wearing them for 3 days
