Not for wide feet

Honestly these are great shoes if you have narrow feet. I do not have narrow feet.First off, they look great. Kenneth Cole makes some very nice shoes and these are no exception. The leather is faux leather but seems exactly like real leather. The black is uniform and they looked sharp.Note that the laces are not something you can undo and tie. There's a compression layer, like a neoprene "sock" that you squeeze into and that's what holds your foot in there. I have wide feet and spent about a minute or two just putting on each shoe. A lot of pushing and grinding and trying to spoon out the heel side. I'm normally an 11 and could have used an extra 1/2 size because it was snug for sure!However, once I had them on they were pretty comfortable despite the snugness. I'll pass them on to someone else with not-wide feet.

Great aesthetic, run small and are tighter than expected

Classic aesthetic, black upper and thick white sidewalls. Have a skater shoe vibe but definitely are more a fashion shoe. Understated, no crazy logos. I like how they look a lot.Construction is pretty good, as you’d hope / expect at this price point, but I feel like they are awkward to put on. The opening is almost like a neoprene material, feels like a tight sock.Might get easier over time but for a size 9, these feel very snug, likely contributing to the issue pulling them on. I’d say they run a half size small.Once on my feet, they definitely won’t slip off! So I guess that’s good. But I was very aware that I was wearing new, tighter shoes. They’re also a little heavier than I expected.Value is ok for a well known fashion brand. Hoping they loosen up after extended wear, will update review if that does / does not happen.

I am very happy with the quality and appearance of these shoes! They fit my feet perfectly, and they run true to size. I have normal width feet, and these are not tight at all. They are very comfortable right out of the box.
