Long and wide for a size 7 with narrow feet

I really like this flats. Its desiign and all. Except that when i tried it on, the size that says 23.5cm on the size guide ran longer in actuality. It measured 25cm and wide for my narrow feet. I had to return it. And the shoe posted an "M" on the inside that i assumed Medium which probably is the reason why it's wide. I have narrow feet so i would need a narrow pair. I wish they would show in the size guide its width too. Because the size 7 that i bought can fit a size 8 here. My excitement to have worn this shoe turned into disappointment. Please do something with correct measurement.
