true to US size driving mocs

these are great driving shoes specially for those long haul 5-10 hours drive. the soles on this pair are like dozen of small rubber pegs that help grip the car’s pedals when driving. And these soles extend to the upper back of the shoes to help avoid early wear and tear from driving. only true driving shoes have them and this pair is one of them. i like that it is black (the one i got) so it is easy to pair them with any of my existing pants be it denims or slacks and it goes well with any casual upper wear from tshirts to long sleeve shirts. i use them for driving only when other occasions where a more appropriate footwear is called for. i just switch shoes when i get to the destination. other times i just them as the actual shoes ( no changing) for those short runs to the grocery store or a quick bite at a local restaurant. i would not recommend using them when you know you’re going to do a lot of walking like around the park or mall or site seeting and touring. like i said they are designed for driving not for long walks so if i do, my feet are going to complain after awhile. i normally wear a size 11 pair of shoes because i want a little wiggle room for my toes. but i ordered a 10.5 size because i know i would normally be wearing this with no show socks and want the fit to be snug. glad i did! worked out great for me!

Meant to be worn without socks!

This is my second pair of moccasin type loafers with the rounded heel. I’m having a hard time deciding what I don’t like about these shoes. What I do like is everything about them. Like I said, these are my second pair. They’re great with just about anything you’ll wear, except a tuxedo, I’m sure that can be worked in somehow, LOL! I love to drive in mine. They’re so lightweight and sturdy. Looking forward to my 3rd pair in the future! NOTE: My first pair was only replaced because all the hard rubber nubs on the underside of the shoe were worn down to non existence. The structure of the shoe never ripped or frayed. Darn good buy!
