Inexpensive lightweight comfortable shoes
After returning two other sets of “safety sneakers“ I stumbled upon these. I’ve only owned them for a week so I can’t go into long-term durability. They are extremely lightweight, flexible, and comfortable. They slip on the feet easily, and constructed in a way that the heel won’t crush. Nothing pisses me off more (in a shoe ) then when the heel of a “slip on” shoe is damaged by slipping them on.Don’t get me wrong, the heel is made of elastic breathable mesh so it’s not supportive (I use these for dog walking and working on my car so this is not important to me) but it’s not going to distort. My foot is a wide 10 so I ordered a 10 1/2. It turns out the shoes do not run small. I probably could’ve gotten away with a 10. But the extra space will probably be helpful for additional socks this winter. If the souls last, dun dun dun...The soles are made of a soft, almost spongy material. I can see how some might complain about the long term durability. Who knows, maybe they made this trade off to increase slip resistance?Regardless, I really like them and will happily purchase another pair for 20 bucks when the time comes.

freakin awesome! steel toes!
i only had this for a few minutes and i had to come on to write about it. i love it!I wear 9-xwide and these are 9.5, they fit fine.the insoles have big cushion pads, don't like em so i just replaced em with a softer one.they sell this basic type of shoe all over, the generic sock mesh glued on foam rubber. it's super lightweight and very comfortable, but this one you can stomp on nails and kick cinder blocks.I already have like 50 sneakers so I won't be wearing this everyday, but it's nice to just have. If I had to keep only 5 pairs, this one would be one of them.i wanna go play soccer so bad in these. the shoes feel really good, the steel toe is just soo nice and reassuring. this is such a good shoe! they come in like soo many styles too, find one that looks good and try em out.

Not bad , definitely recommend
I love these shoes for my job. I have a desk job on the floor at my factory. So not on my feet a lot. But I have to say it feels like I’m wearing slippers or almost nothing. Very comfortable and breathable is unlike any shoe I’ve had for work that’s steel toe. However long periods standing on concrete I would not recommend. They have a thin soles so not tough enough to be on my feet long periods.

Short-Term Life (only lasted 2 months)
Bought these at the end of August for work (I work for a major airline as a Supervisor and am required to have steel toe shoes while working the ramp). Haven't had them for 3 months and the soles already wore through on the bottom. Not only did my feet get drenched on a rainy day (from water coming up through bottom of shoes due to holes from worn down soles), but I slipped and fell because they became extremely slippery. When they first arrived, they were great and comfortable. Disappointed with the rapid wear and tear - especially for the amount of money they cost.

Light as a feather
These are really lightweight. Today is my first day wearing them. I had to really make sure if there was even a steel toe in it because these shoes feel super light. I’m on my way to work now to really test them out.

It’s a good shoe… sort of.
This will be my fifth pair of these shoes. I’ve got to say, they are comfortable. But like a few reviews on here, they do not last. I’m currently on my third pair. I work in an auto shop. I’m on my feet all day eight hours a day. They ware out in. No time a few months. But they are similar to crocks in comfort and they breath! Oh man, no foot odor for the most part. Boots and other style toes I’ve tried are very sweaty and they stink after shift. They stink yea it’s a shoe, could be worse. Fifty bucks a pair is a fair deal. Just don’t think they will last when you buy them. They do get slick once you have worn them for a month or two. I’m a big guy, 6’2 and I carry my weight. But they are comfy and I’d say get a pair. Try them out. If they were a little more durable then I’d recommend them to everyone. But you get what you pay for.
