Sturdy, comfortable, and they keep sand OUT!
I wasn't sure these would last beyond one day at the beach, but I've used them 9-10 times now, and they still look new! After I've worn them, I just rinse them well with fresh water, and let them dry in the sun.When I go to the beach, I do a ton of walking, often several miles at a time, in the water, on the sand, over sharp shells, and so on, and these have held up so well. I've worn them kayaking several times, too. No rips, and the color hasn't faded at all. At one point, I slammed my toe into a huge sharp rock, and my foot was bleeding, but these shoes didn't have a mark on them. The bottoms are just thick enough to offer great protection against things like stones and broken shells, but not so thick that these shoes feel heavy. They're extremely lightweight. They're also not slippery at all when walking on a boat or other smooth surfaces, even if they're soaked. Water drains out of them instantly, and they let virtually NO sand in, which was the reason I bought this style of shoe in the first place. Every other water shoe I've owned (and I've owned a ton of them, in all different styles) has let so much sand in, and even small rocks and shells, but these don't allow anything in!Consider sizing up, especially if you're between sizes. The first pair I got was a little small, and I think they would have eventually ripped at my big toe, so I returned them. One size up was a much better fit. When these do finally wear out, I'll buy another pair with no hesitation. They're perfect!05/14/22 edit: I just got back from a trip that included at least 10-12 miles of beach walking. These are still in perfect shape!

They come in perfect packaging to be able to reuse after wearing them, it seals so I can just throw it in my beach bag!! There is significant padding in the sole of the shoe, so they are very comfortable to walk in... Although this may be a problem while trying to swim in them, they may offer significant water resistance... As seen in the photo, they are larger than expected.. My son wears a size 9 men's shoe and it fits SNUGLY, this is what we wanted because we want to swim in the shoes.. If you are using them for fishing or river walking they may end up feeling too tight, If you have thicker or wide feet I would DEFINATELY go with a size up!!! They are great quality with thick material. 💕💕

Best beach shoes ever!
We just returned from a trip to Gulf Shores, AL where we spent hours on the beach every day for a week and these shoes were hands down best purchase I have made in a long time! Originally I planned to just wear if there were a lot of shells or if the sand was rough on my feet. The sand was very soft and not a ton of shells so turns out I didn’t need them for that but I ended up wearing these shoes constantly! They were so light and so cute. They protected my feet from sunburn and from the hot sand. I was worried they might feel weird in the water and I didn’t want to feel like I was “weighed down” by them. Never had a problem! Very lightweight, forgot I even had them on! I literally wore these shoes 8-10 hrs per day in the ocean AND the pools and they still look brand new. These will definitely be going with me on the next trip!
