Kiddos loves them
Kiddo needed new water shoes for our adventures to the river, beach, lakes. They held up through all our summer and fall adventures. I didn't hear of any owies or weird feelings while wearing them. The other pair they had constantly rubbed wrong and caused issues on their feet. They love the design and colors on these shoes. Super easy to put on. They are able to do it themselves. The material is very flexible, as it can fit my whole hand. They are super lightweight and like walking around barefoot. Love that they are holding up with all the adventures, rock climbing, puddle jumping, beach running adventures. They seem sturdy enough that we will be able to pass it down to our youngest.

Strap does not stay attached, buttons come apart easily
My son loves these, and we've bought a similar pair from a different company in the past for the same very reasonable price (different color). They fit perfectly, super cute, super comfy, blah blah blah. However. I was INCREDIBLY dismayed when, in the middle of walking through the supermarket, my son cried out that the button on the strap had COME APART AND DISAPPEARED. He wasn't even wearing them with the strap down - there was no pressure on the button at all. Part of why we love these type of shoes is how they go from slip-on to stay-put relatively quickly, so this kind of ruined that. Luckily that first time I managed to find the button pieces (not sure how), but I was not that lucky subsequent times that the buttons fell apart, and I ended up having to cannibalize the previous pair that we had bought. I'm sure a more crafty person than me could have managed to glue the buttons together without getting glue on the shoes as well, and avoided losing the buttons after the first incident, but honestly, it was just easier to use the higher quality buttons from the other company's shoes.Long story short, I will be buying this style again, because my kid is obsessed and has been for going on three years now, but I will make triple sure that it isn't this company I buy from, and next time I will test the strap buttons first thing before my kid wears them. What a pain.
