My son wears these because the regular SMO shoes leave marks on his feet and he won't walk in them. From what I can tell, they are true to size. This is our second pair from this store. My son keeps them on and his PT and orthotocist are very pleased with how much they support his ankles. They do take a little longer to ship.My son seems very comfortable and he loves to dance. Comfortable but bad quality

I do like these sneakers, they are comfortable and easy to put on. The reason that I’m giving 3 stars is that the quality is not the best. After wearing them for about a month, the sole in the front of the shoe is coming undone in both shoes. The quality should be much better for the amount I paid for them.

Horrible Customer Service

These shoes helped my daughter’s gait significantly, but after just 3 months the soles on both shoes started separating. When I reached out to Princepard, I was told to clean and reglue them myself. I’m extremely disappointed that a pair of shoes costing over $100 (designed for children with walking challenges) are falling apart this quickly. It’s unsafe, and being told to repair them on my own is unacceptable.The shoes were purchased on September 10th, and I contacted customer service on December 4th after my daughter’s physical therapist noticed the issue. For comparison, my daughter’s previous $20 sneakers lasted over a year before she simply outgrew them.
