Comfortable and great with every outfit!
These shoes fit me perfectly. There is no need to size up or down. They are true to size. I was expecting it to be some kind of suede material but it is a soft fabric that is unlike suede. The black is beautiful and true to color as well. It pairs well with just about any outfit. The ankle band cuts off at a point that makes your leg look slim. Overall the stitching is great and these shoes are very well constructed. I can imagine myself wearing them longer than a year. They will most definitely be my new favorite heel.

Perfect nude heel!
I really like these heels. At first, I wasn't convinced because the material is just different than I expected. However, these are incredibly cute and very comfortable. I'm usually a size 9. I ordered a size 9, and it fits perfectly. I also really like that these are well fitting around the ball of my foot, which tends to be on the wider side. Some heels are far too snug in that area but these are not. These heels are easy to walk in and feel very stable. The height is the perfect height for me - more than a kitten heel but not so high it makes it difficult to walk. They also come packaged well with protective bags over each shoe inside the box. The only thing I would say is to wait until they are on sale and get yourself a better deal!

No loop hole
These are very cute and they’re cushioned to make the shoe more comfortable. However, if you have small ankles like me, there is leftover strap after you buckle the ankle, but no where for the strap to go. So it awkwardly hangs off the back and ruins the look. I figured out how to tuck the strap behind my ankle, but it’s uncomfortable and rubs.

Impressed and Comfy! Slightly Narrow
Finding a comfy heel to wear is so rare! True to size. I wear a 9 in all my heels and these fit perfectly. Every time I have to wear heels, it’s dreadful. I put these on and immediately loved them! They are so comfy!! I have flat feet and they are almost too wide for the shoe but not too bad. Wearing these for a girls night out in a few weeks, I’ll update the sturdiness and how long they stay comfy! But so far LOVE!! I can see myself ordering more.YEAR UPDATE:I have had these for a year and I wear them almost weekly. The term “beauty is pain” does not apply to these heels. When having them on and walking for 8 hours… yeah, they start to hurt but that’s to be expected. They have a nice cushion at the toe and keeps it painless!

Uncomfortable
Shoes are cute. Wasn't expecting much for the price. The straps are very poor quality. I bought them to wear to a wedding. They hurt my feet. I ended up in a pair from my closet by end of day. I took a spare pair I was worried the straps wouldn't last through the evening.
