Beautiful shoes, but weird fit for me
I normally wear a 9. They were quite possibly an entire size too big. They were also wide in the toe box. That’s not usually a problem for me because I have really wide feet, but my feet were slipping around in these both directions. I was shocked at how off these fit my feet. Occasionally they’re a little too big or small. Maybe a little tight. It was almost like I bought a pair a size or two too big. Maybe these run really big and I just need to go down a size or two. It’s just drastic considering I’ve never had this issue. Everyone in the reviews seemed to be able to wear them in their size. I’m not sure. They’re really beautiful shoes and I wish they fit me. They look exactly as shown online, maybe better. They are the perfect height for those of us who love heels, but have back problems. If these had fit, I would have bought 3 pair. The only downside for me with the design is that bottoms are perfectly smooth plastic with no grip or traction. I have balance issues due to a medical condition so even if they fit, these would be dangerous unless I put something on the bottom to give them traction. If they made that change they would be perfect!!Update: I upgraded my review because the company reached out to me promptly to make things right. They were very kind to work with and when my credit hadn’t shown up, they researched it without me asking and updated me when it was resolved. I was really impressed with them. It’s hard to find companies with such good customer service and who care about their customers. I’m still really bummed about these shoes because they’re even more beautiful in person and I love the look of them on everyone in the reviews. I must just have really weird shaped feet. I’m just going to have to try a different style.

Lovely Maroon Slingebacks with Rhinestone Pattern Bow Provide Comfort & Style with a Low Heel
I ordered these pointed toe kitten heel slingbacks in burgundy. Both the color and the shoe size are accurate. The rubber sole has multiple grooves which are a great help to prevent slipping and sliding. A soft, cushiony insole runs down the entire length of the shoes providing me with extra comfort. The outer shoe has the appearance of a quality patent leather type material.I am incredibly fond of bow accents/accessories in footwear and could not resist the lovely rhinestone bows placed at the top of the foot box of these heels. The two ends of each bow are capped with a solid silver arc design that adds even more special detail to these slingbacks. Although strikingly different, the silver and burgundy are a great combination of colors, so both the bows and the shoes really make for a standout look. Each rhinestone is the size of a tiny dot each individually lined in four rows all over the bows. Because of the small size and placement, the rhinestones are not too sparkly or gaudy. From most vantage points, they just appear to be a pattern of lovely silver-colored dots. So, the rhinestones are not too obvious, unless viewed up close. This is appreciated as the kitten heels are versatile and appropriate for wear at my office or at a more formal evening event.The only negative I have regarding these shoes is the height of the heel. Admittedly, I am quite picky about the heels of shoes. The size of the heel appears shorter than noted in the description and as depicted in the photos. The length of the actual heels on my pair of shoes measures less than 1 1/2" in height. In part of the written description, these kitten slingbacks are referred to as "high heels" and the stated height of the heel is about "2 1/2". This estimation is correct when measuring from the very bottom of the heel to the very top of the sole. However, my personal understanding of the definition of the height of a heel means just that - the actual height of just the heel itself. I expected the heels to be at least another inch in height. I am 5"6" and much prefer shoes with heels measuring at least 2 1/2" to add a little height as well as to provide a more professional or formal look. I consider these shoes to fall more into the category of a sandal. I wear heels almost daily and am quite particular about these types of details.These slingback shoes are so adorable, well-made and stylishly designed that I can overlook the 1" or so difference in my expected height of the heel and enjoy wearing them.
