I had high hopes for these shoes. As a larger, middle-aged teacher, being on my feet all day is tough. I bought these to replace a pair of inexpensive box-store shoes that had lasted me about two years. The quality of these is great, but they just didn’t work for me. They rubbed my heel badly, even after several days of trying to break them in. I finally gave up and switched to a pair of Hokas instead.
