Don't buy these boots

They are not made correctly. I had a blister on my left heel 30 minutes after putting them on. They do not fit properly at all. Spend your money on some other brand because these boots are bad. Do not buy these boots.

Well made boot

I've worn timberland boots for several years, but have become frustrated with the soles that seem to easily wear out. I didn't want a boot that was glued together like a tennis shoe and this boot seemed to match what I was looking for. These boots are very comfortable even after 12-14 hours of wearing each day. I like the rubber soles vs. the soles that Timberland uses. I'll post back later after seeing how these hold up around the farm and running equipment, but so far so good.UPDATE: After buying the first pair, I was so impressed with them I bought a second pair 6 months later and got rid of my other work boots. These have held up nicely. I clean them regularly and use mink oil on them to keep them soft and waterproof after I clean them with saddle soap.

Boots coming apart after 3 weeks

I’ve had these boots 3 weeks and the sole is separating from the shoe!

Not wide, not made in Canada.

I wear an 11 wide, and sometimes an 11.5 wide, but this, this is not wide. I think they used a little Cambodian kid to measure wide feet for this. Consider this as a standard width shoe. Also, while they love touting the Canadian boot legacy, this was made in Cambodia. It's ok for quality, obviously I returned it after trying it on and don't know how long it will last. Decent quality, but for 120 it could be made in the land of maple syrup and hockey sticks if they are going to talk the talk about the brand. I would have kept them if they fit and given them a shot. So if you have skinny feet, maybe give them a shot. Also this ran a bit long for 11's, that works for me.

well made traditional boot

I like that the boot sole is sewn as I have had several L. L. Bean and Timberline boots where the adhered lug sole separates from the boot (yes they were many years old but lightly used). Only 4 stars for these Kodiak's because we have had them for only a few months and I am not sure if they are still made in Canada.
