I bought these (finally!) after ordering MANY in this brand over the years. The same style I wore in 8th grade!! e. They were the most comfy shoe I owned back then , and still are! These shoes hug my foot perfectly. I plan to order more in other colors this fall! They fit true to size and as always with this brand, the leather is great quality

I read all the reviews and was not going to order them. I have other Kork Ease sandals I love so much I actually have 3 colors of the same style and they are so comfy I couldn't have enough. I wanted a wedge, a platform, something ALL black and a bit dressier for shorts, capris, skirts and dresses. I figured with Amazon Prime, if they don't work I will return. I was also worried about sizing but ordered my normal Kork Ease size, the size of my other sandals.1) They are super cute, adorable on and from the side they just have a complete 70's style and "OH MY GOD, these are cute" look.2) The footbed was shorter than my other same same Kork Ease but they will fit me. I am a size 9-9.5 but my toes did not hang off and the fit is correct. My other Kork Ease (being they run in whole sizes) just give me a little more space in front of my toes so I felt these fit just right.3) They have good support, the "concave" I read about, there is additional cushioning and arch support but I am a medium width (and on the narrow end of Medium) and they just work. If my feet were any wider I would completely agree with another reviewer. So if you are Narrow or a Narrow Medium these will work. If a true medium it may be an issue.4) The front straps are a bit snug but being they are "ALL LEATHER", I will wear in the house to see how well they give. I found that with my one other pair of my Kork Ease. Thankfully Kork Ease leather sandals are still made "all" leather so they can give and last.5) Love the LEATHER FOOT BED. Much better for longevity and being able to wipe clean if needed. I have Dansko sandals I love but some styles recently moved to a fabric (think Ultra Suede) foot bed and you can't let the foot bed get wet or if you wear in hot, humid weather and your feet sweat you have to worry about the fabric getting an odor. I had one pair of Clarks with a similar fabric foot bed, I wore them every day, all day while on a 1 week trip but they were never the same. I attempted to clean them but they looked horrible after cleaning.6) The buckle strap sits a bit low on the foot, almost as though you want to pull them up but can't. Once I had them on a bit, it feels more natural and they are secure on the foot. I usually have issues with straps or the sides of my shoes being too high on one foot (as if my ankle bone is lower on one foot than the other) and I have issues with shoes rubbing against the ankle bone and causing chaffing or blister. This shoe does not do that being it is designed to sit lower. I am grateful for that but initially it feels a bit unnatural and low.Overall, I am VERY happy with this sandal, it was just what I was looking for. Cute style, comfortable once broken in, considering it is ALL LEATHER it is a good investment of your money since it's not an inexpensive shoe. But compared to other brands in the same price range it is a great value considering the materials. They are made to last and I've had my other Kork Ease for several years, they still look brand new.
These are adorable little wedges that remind me of Freshman year in college. The first pair arrived in the wrong size, the second pair made its way all the from the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest. This pair fits perfectly and will be great with a boyfriend jean or a flowing long skirt. I appreciate the way that Amazon and the Seller handled the small glitch because I am a fan of the Kork Ease Sandal and would recommend them to all the ladies. Super comfortable, sexy added height for a nice finished look. ❤❤❤❤.
I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. I wore them three times: twice out to dinner to break them in (neither time which involved much walking) and to the wedding. They broke before the ceremony. The leather of the ankle strap came unattached from the base of the shoe when I walked across a hotel lobby. Not exactly a stress test.Unclear if the problem is these shoes or these sellers or what but I expected them to last longer than three wears. FWIW they were comfortable and looked good. I've wanted these babies for a long time...and jumped at the opportunity to pay only $99. When they arrived, I put them on and thought they were fine. But, when I actually wore them out, I found that the right one seems to have a bigger back strap than the left. You can't adjust for this as the back strap is embedded in the platform on each size...you can only adjust the top strap, which doesn't help. I also wonder if I should have ordered a half size DOWN as the footbed seems a bit long. Anyway...by the time I figured this all out, it seemed too late to return them, and its not like they are unwearable. I never planned on wearing them daily...mostly just for going out. But I would recommend that when you get these home...try them on and walk around in them and be sure you are very happy with the fit. They are very well made, have very comfortable leather padding on the bottom, and give you height without a crippling heel. I would still think about getting the lower style of this shoe, so I haven't ruled them out of my closet just yet!
