Good quality & value for price. Nice cushy sole with arch support. Nice adjustable straps with strong hook & loop material. The sole is thick which means they are sturdier & won’t bend at the toe tripping you and gives you some lift. They run slightly small. If you have a wider foot size up. My husband has knee & hip pain so the arch support is very important in how he walks alleviating some of the discomfort he has. He also has very high arches and instep. We compared these to the pricey v.ionic sandals we usually purchase & they’re an interesting match. Different texture in the interior sole and softer. We will see about how long they last. Worth a try for the price point. Will update later.

VERY GOOD...BUT
I do like these orthotic flip flops a lot but be aware, they are definitely not for everyone. I have a fairly extensive collection of flip flops and a lot of experience wearing them so I'm keenly aware of what works and what doesn't. Here's what works for me: they provide a lot of orthotic support and are very comfortable to wear. The straps work very well, even though I don't find them to be the most attractive or aesthetically pleasing. These sandals do have a break-in period so be a little patient. But they seem very durable and will likely last a good while, which is good since they're not the cheapest on the market. Be aware they will add significantly to your height--probably well over an inch it seems to me, so you will feel much taller than you are. Even at 6'1, I'm okay with that. But here's the biggest complaint for me: these flip flops feel heavy when you're walking in them. I have flip flops that are much lighter that provide great support as well. These are super thick and you will definitely feel that when you walk in them for a long time or more than a block or two. While I believe they're great quality and very well made, I think they could definitely be more beneficial if they were lighter. Thus four stars instead of five. They seem to run true to size and are great for wide feet like mine. I typically wear a size 13 and these 13s fit perfectly.

Very nice flip flops if the strap is adjusted right.
I was going to return these as there was very little adjustment available to tighten the straps and they kept slipping off my feet as walked but I found out that I had adjusted the fit totally wrong. I kept adjusting the tightness of the straps thinking that if I made them tighter they would stay on better. WRONG! Instead of tightening the straps you need to loosen them up, slide your feet in so your toes are as in as far as they can go and still be in the toe box area and THEN tighten the straps. These have a VERY spongy feel to them especially in the heal area and if your adjustment of the straps is correct the foot pressure will drive your feet forward and the pressure will cause your heals to correctly sink into the heal area and this helps keep the flip flop on. Once I figured out what to do, the flip flop fits nicely and these are VERY comfortable to wear. I developed a bruised metatarsal by walking a long distance in hard, thin flip flops and these flip flops are well padded in the toe box area and I'm sure they will aid in my recovery as opposed to having to where shoes with a metatarsal pad.

Great sandles
The shoe is very comfortable with added cushion and arch support. It is the the only Sandal in my inventory of shoes that I own that seem to help my plantar fasciitis. Shoe has a Velcro strap that allows the insole to be tightened. I wish the strap was a bit shorted as I stretch the strap too much when I cinch down on it such that it looks like I have a long strap extending out the side of the sandal

Heels are to soft on pupose?
I want to love these, but I just can't. The heels are too soft after wearing them for a couple of weeks. When I walk in them, I feel like I want to fall back; when I stand in them, I can feel my heel sinking in. The arch support is excellent, and I've tried the adjustment which is a nice feel. Excellent grip on your foot and comfortable at the toes, but I cannot escape from the heel sinking. The fall back doesn't help with recovery or just putting them on to walk across the house. I'll keep trying them but there may be a heel issue with the one's I have or maybe it's intentional. Will give it a bit more time or they are going to be a return.
