THESE SANDALS ARE SOOO CUTE!!
Yeah, I LOVE THEM!! Very cute style, I wear size 11, my feet are wide and I have a very very high arch. Not expensive at all great price point fir value. The strap closet to ankle is adjustable so that's nice.They slip right on with no problem. Can't imagine blisters at this point due to the extreme comfort and no rubbing. So I needed some summer sandals that were all those things and more! Not heavy or clunky but sturdy and nice they didn't look orthopedics. I definitely will purchase in other colors now that I know they are comfy. I have horrible plantar fasciitis to the point of tears. So I put these on and immediately felt relief and support. Highly recommend!!

When I bought them, I wasn't sure if the braided look was on its way out or not, so I hesitated at first. I am glad I bought them, though! Sometimes my plantar fasciitis will flare up after a long day on my feet in dressy shoes or flats, and the next morning I'll often reach for these to wear something that gives my feet relief. The straps are *very* comfortable around the top of my feet (no rubbing anywhere) and the arch support is nice. Gave 4 stars because they're cute, but not "wow" cute.

No way to contact seller - Poor customer support
Update: While these are really comfortable, the buckle broke off after only having them for 3 months. I don't wear them daily. Nothing else was worn out. I was literally just walking, and all of a sudden the buckle broke off and the strap is no longer connected. I tried contacting Amazon for assistance but since it was out of the 90 day return window (barely - it has been 94 days), they wouldn't do anything about it. They told me to contact the seller. I sent an email to the contact email address on their website and it bounced back to me. I used the link Amazon provided me to message the seller within the platform and it just keeps telling me I have to contact Amazon because the order was shipped by Amazon. Amazon could provide me no other way to contact the seller. I'm very disappointed that Amazon would not take more accountability in backing up their customers with a seller who apparently is unreachable. I've always received great customer service from Amazon, but they really missed the mark on this one. I'm really disappointed the sandals were worse quality than I originally thought. They were very comfortable, but now I can't wear them and apparently have no recourse to try to get a replacement pair or even a replacement part.I have bad plantar fasciitis so I was looking for sandals that had good arch support and good cushion around the heel without looking like an 80-year-old should be wearing them. These are it! Super cute and fashionable, while still being very comfortable.
