Beautiful shoes!

I was so afraid they would not fit because these old feet are wide. Perfect fit, the comfort is amazing! The detail of the shoe is fabulous, perfect heel size. I slid them on and walked around, felt like I was walking on air. I don't normally pay a lot for my shoes, let me tell you they are worth every penny!

Love these shoes!!♥️

These are my new favorite shoes. Very comfortable and didn’t require any break in. Nice arch support so even days spent standing for long periods don’t result in sore feet.

Attractive, sturdy slip-ons

Wonderful shoes. I have trouble bending, but can easily slip right into these. They are attractive and I have ordered two other pairs, one pair red and one blue. Good for indoors, outdoors and long distance.

Great shoes

Love these shoes. SO cute. I get lots of compliments on them. I wear a lot of black and white, and neutral tones, so the red goes with everything for a pop of color. Took couple days to break in and now they are very comfortable. I stand a lot for my job and my feet don’t hurt by the end of the day. Sizing is spot on. I wear a 9.5, ordered the 9/10, fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

Comfortable - I Get Lots of Compliments on These Shoes

This is my second pair of Spring Step L'Artiste Aneria Mules. The first was the teal color. I loved them so much I wanted another pair in a more neutral color. I would give these 5 stars, but for some reason the velcro closure sometimes comes open. My teal pair never have that problem. Perhaps it is just an isolated flaw. People always notice these and my teal pair and ask where I got them. I know of at least one other pair of these that are out walking around on a friend's feet because she ordered her pair from her phone while sitting on my couch!

Really Cute Clogs

Very cute clogs. I like the styling and how light they are. They can be dressed up or down. The only issue is that they run very small. I suggest ordering at least one size up.

I guess the days of well made shoes are over

My grandparents owned a shoe store and sold only the best well made shoes, and I grew up knowing about the fit and construction of a good shoe. My expectations of this shoe were that it would be comfortable, well made, and appealing, and that would last at least a couple of years. I like mules and many of my shoes are the same style.I wanted something to wear casually, not for dressy occasions, that I could slip on. I made the mistake of following their recommendation for shoe size, and though the shoe fit for a couple of weeks, it quickly stretched out and became too loose. So loose in fact, as to make my feet slide around in them and I actually almost turned my ankle a couple times.. Fortunately winter had arrived and adding thick socks temporarily solved the size and sliding around issue. I thought I had just ordered a pair in a size too big so I ordered a second pair in a smaller size but that one also stretched out within a few weeks and now that winter is over I won't be able to fill the spaces with thick socks. On both pairs, the toe section seems a bit too roomy and even when I adjusted the velcro strap they still slip around too much. Here's a more detailed review:Pro's- These fit nicely---for about a couple of weeks. They are stylish and looked good. The leather was just the right balance of stiffness for support and softness for comfort. They were nicely dyed ( I got the red ones), the heel was just the right height, and the sole design prevented back problems that arise from foot, leg, and back misalignment caused by high heels. I loved that I could slip them on and off without having to deal with buckles, laces, etc and only had to adjust the velcro strap a few times. The padding on the insole is super comfortable. The strap can be adjusted in length, offering three holes for different lengths, and the velcro is very strong. The toe box is a little too roomy but would be great for people with extra long toes, corns, or with very sensitive toes.Con's- I know- its a mule, right? Not as much support as a regular shoe with a heel. But I have owned several pars of mule style shoes and these stood out for the following reasons. The leather upper and straps quickly stretched out ( within a few weeks) and the shoe became unstable, so much so that my feet slid around in them and my foot actually "slid off" the shoes and I nearly twisted my ankle a couple times. At my age that would be disastrous!! Fortunately winter had arrived and I was able to temporarily solve the problem by wearing thick socks to fill up the space. Two months later I bought a second pair in a smaller size but even that one stretched out very quickly resulting in the need for thick socks to fill the space. Winter is over now so these will be impractical to wear when the weather warms up. The "throat" ( where the toe box ends with the decorative edge nearest the strap) does not stretch and sometimes cut into the top of my feet when I wore socks. I shortened the strap and that helped but did not solve the problem of the shoe slipping or even staying on my feet. There were a couple times the above issues were especially problematic. I drive a manual transmission and the shoe on the my right foot-gas pedal- actually slips right off my foot while driving. I have to occasionally take my foot off the gas and place it flat on the floor mat to wiggle it back into my shoe. Also, a couple of times, whether in my home or out in public, while walking, my shoe actually flew off my foot!I don't mind and expect to pay good money for a well made shoe, one that will last for years with care. Maybe shoe makers today sell to people who only expect to wear them for one season before replacing them with the latest up-to-the-minute style. And that is fine, but the price of a shoe should reflect it's craftsmanship and durability, not it's instant trendy appeal and these shoes did not meet my expectations. So, in this case, I surely didn't "get what I paid for".
